Zero stars if I could. The customer service at this location is absolutely appalling. I came in simply needing to drop off a pre-paid return, and the employee at the counter acted like I was personally inconveniencing them by walking through the door. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely annoyed when I asked a simple question about the drop-off process. A total lack of professionalism. I will go out of my way to use a different drop-off location next time.

Terrible service!! The manager may know a bunch of things but definitely Customer service is not his area!!! He said that he was going to take my package and not mail since it was not all covered in tape (it was an envelope size)... basically STEALING my package!! Don't go there if the blond/ white guy is there... he treats his customers like trash and a lot of people say the same!
I was able to send my UPS package a block away!! No one deserves that kind of treatment!
I've already sent an email through the UPS complaint portal... Hopefully they realize that after so many people being treated soooo bad by the same guy.... it's time to do something!!!

Not sure about the bad review but I never had any issue. They have great customer service but too many people to return so the line could be crazy. You may have to wait outside during peak time.

Change will only occur when there is incentive to do so. When profits suffer, that's when a business needs to reevaluate its operations. Try this location:

This location has the slowest and rudest employees. Even when the line goes out the door, they take their time and move at a snails pace. They all have a “don’t want to work” attitude. If I’m in a hurry, I drive out of my way to a different location instead of going to this location.

Terrible customer service. A short, bulb-nosed man with dirty blonde hair was taking care of my returns. I came in with three and I immediately sensed his impatience while I was loading the QR codes. I had everything ready it was just the loading and then each QR code was for some reason different in pulling up compared to the easy barcode that pulls up without clicking two links… anyway I weigh my two items on the 3rd one he said he was going to charge me for packaging. The other two orders did not request that. I told him I would have to take it out with the seller. He gave me attitude so I checked him. I told him he worked in the service industry and he needed to change the way he talked to customers. As he gave me my receipt, I grabbed my box and started walking away. The man literally started YELLING AT ME. “MA’AM YOU FORGOT YOUR TRASH! MAAAA’AM!” There was no way I was gonna turn around at this point because I was so upset and already at the door. I simply told him he could throw away the trash. Honestly, I can see why this location had terrible reviews. My usual store has a kinder environment! This man needs to go work at a warehouse not in customer service!

I went to this ups store for my Amazon return. The return was in the original shipping box and packing material. They would not take my return since i had not taped the box. They wanted to charge me for 16” of tape. I went to another ups store and they said they never charge for tape. Go somewhere else for
your Amazon returns.

I was in the line had people behind m3 and one of the staff who is an older guy was rude to me and yell at me that I wasn't in the line and refused to take my return. Asked him to check his cc footage before yell at someone. Pathetic staff.

I went to this UPS location right at 4:00 PM and I understand they close at that time — that’s fine. What wasn’t fine was the way I was treated. A blond-haired employee rudely closed the door in my face and told me they were closed in a very disrespectful tone. I don’t mind following the hours, but a little professionalism and courtesy go a long way. There’s no reason to treat customers that way, even at closing time.

If I can give this store a 0 star I would very bad customer service the notary lied about not being able to notarize my paperwork because I signed my name on the document WHERE I WAS SUPPOSE TO SIGN MY NAME. I asked for a supervisor he lied and said there was no one above him and had a snobby attitude please please please DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! Whoever the notary is he needs to be fired and/or retrained. He doesn’t need a license.

Usually the staff at this UPS Store are extremely friendly and I’ve never had an issue — until today. I was helped by a white male with a beard who was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was very disappointing considering the great service I’ve received here in the past.

The female employee on duty here crumpled up the papers I dropped for my shipment, saying ‘these are useless,’ and handed them back to me. I would like to state that I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and inappropriate.

I'd like to thank the owner for helping my son with his school poster. He very kindly and generously helped my son create a poster for his math project. If you ever need special sized posters or enlargement for school projects, this store is very knowledgeable and helpful.
