once AGAIN my outgoing mail was not picked up and no mail was delivered on 9-18-2025. I continue to have issues with my mail service. Is it impossible to get decent service. I would give no stars if possible.

This is one of the worst postal service locations. Horrible customer service, no one cares and they have a horrible attitude problem. I was trying to get some answers about our mail and the person I spoke with said they don’t feel like dealing with it, so they’re done talking to me. Maybe someone will call me with some answers, maybe they won’t. He’s too busy to care. They said it wasn’t their problem even though they’re the ones that didn’t fill out the paperwork correctly. Thanks for all your help. Please go to any other location other than this one.

I went in yesterday to ask questions about the passport service. Javier was so patient and a pleasure to interact with. The line got pretty long and he did not lose composure and still spoke to everyone walking in. On the other hand, there was an employee that was wearing her feelings on her face. I got lucky to be helped out by such a great employee.

How come nobody ever gets in trouble for stealing prescriptions in the mail saying she put it in our box and she knows damn good well she did not. She was the last one to touch it stamped and verified by your computer. What a joke they let them just keep stealing no consequences.

Honestly the most incompetent people work here. They are constantly not putting mail in the correct mailboxes. Every time I order something I never receive it and always have to file for a case to get my money back. I don’t think it’s that hard to put the correct packages in the correct place. Constantly not receiving my packages is a big issue. Not to mention I am constantly receiving other peoples mail. FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

8.27.24 Dropped off company checks to be mailed to vendors and one was stolen! Someone changed the name and amount and tried to cash it! SAD!! 9.3.24 Another check stolen from this location!!

Walked in this post office and it is filthy, and hot no air conditioning. But not the worst part the clerk was sick working alone. She stepped away to cough continuously, she kept rubbing her neck and clearing her throat. As a Nurse I found this to be unsafe because she could have an infection that can spread to the public , like Covid. She did not wear a mask or wash her hands after she kept continuously coughing. This is very alarming that the post office don’t care enough to let their sick employees off and encourage them to wear a mask when they are coughing and actively sick. ? thing like Covid can cause the elderly and immune compromised to lose their life or struggle with life changing effects of Covid. Reckless on every angle . I left, did not do any business with US postal office. I visited at 16:45 on 9/4/2024.

This has to be the worse location ever. I had a package that was saying it’s been delivered since August 24th. My mail has been on hold and being sent to this location for 3 months because a family member misplaced the key. I’ve gone inside and they said it was delivered. I’m constantly telling them nothing is supposed to be delivered to address. She walk to back and returns back to counter and said she don’t see anything. Remind you it’s now September 4th and still nothing!!! This is insane. I’m furious. Moving forward I will have everything sent through FedEx or UPS..USPS has now become the ghetto carrier for this country. Losing packages and getting mad at your for coming to look for it!!!

They are very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I have been waiting on my new mailbox key since 6/29/24 and paid $40. The lady stated it would take 4-6 weeks. Well, it's going on 9 weeks now. We have been asking for the status and they stated that the person that is responsible for the keys had been out for a month. Now, they are stating the keys are on backorder. This is ridiculous! Then, when we try to make a complaint, the lady just handed my husband the 1-800 number to call and complain. I am currently on hold and of course the wait time is about 20 minutes.

HATE this post office. ALWAYS the same song and dance. 10 people in line waiting and only 1 clerk taking pink slips with a 10-15 min wait for each person. They need to have more people assist when more than 2 people in line. Why can't they figure that out???? Very simple.
