This is why no one likes the USPS. I've verified my address with the shipper. The company is tracking 4 other orders that USPS is playing duck duck goose with before they can deliver said package.The USPS needs to be dismantled, evaluated and considered for redevelopment. USPS is like a terrible employee. Late, constantly screws up and doesn't dress for success. They've gone unchecked for so long, never written up and just thinks they are invincible. Welp, you need a performance improvement plan USPS. Keep screwing up and well.. it's not me, it's you. Do better.

They deliver my package to someone else. Then they give me a broken key. Is this job that hard ? So hard even doctors wouldn’t dare to attempt as a profession? Inserting a broken key are you serious ? Just here for a paycheck much? What a miserable life to have. Making others as miserable as theirs.

If you don’t want your package to be “lost” at this location please don’t go. They lost my package and cannot do anything about it bc it was “lost” aka stolen within the POST OFFICE.

Moved to Cypress end of January. Requested and paid to have my community mailbox rekeyed beginning of February. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks for this to happen. I thought that was weird since I have had this done numerous times in the past with it only taking 2-3 days max.Called 3/6/24 to check the status since I have not heard anything. While asking my question, was rudely cut off with "SIR, SIR, SIR!" as I stop to say "yes?" they state for me to please repeat the final part of my question. I simply state "if you would have let me finish my question, you would know the final part. However, when will my mailbox be rekeyed?" Their answer is another 9-10 weeks because of a national "lock shortage". Shouldn't you be telling people this as they pay for your services? Or notify of the sudden change in timing to rekey the box? I expect slow services from a government agency, but 9-10 weeks to get a lock to rekey a mailbox?This is inaccurate. There is not a "national lock shortage". Also strange how it goes from 1-2 weeks to 9-10 within a month. I expect more out of a government service. Especially better customer service. If you don't want to work there and do your job then quit.

Absolute garbage. Our idiot carrier cannot read. This moron cannot decipher the difference between Cypress Green and Cypress Falls. At least once a week packages are misdelivered. Lost our expensive import.

Terrible service ever. Always lack of staff , waiting for too long, people get in a long line.And the worst part is I have shipped 7 frozen food packages using usps priority mail that they said only 2 days, and only half of them delivery in time, 3 of them 3 days to 4 days and one is on still on the way, so its like 7days ...What's the point of the so-called PRIORITY MAIL ????

If I could I would give 0 stars… the mail carriers out of Spring Cypress location are constantly putting the wrong mail in mailboxes. Today I received mail for 3 or 4 different addresses. My son was expecting a new card and per informed delivery it was to be delivered today. Now I have no clue who ended up with his card.

This place doesn’t deserve a star. I have not receive any mail since I moved here in January. Mail is showing delivered but when I get to the office since my key still isn’t ready they tell me they accidentally put it in the post box. Well here it is 2 days later no one has brought the mail to my door

This is one of the worst post offices ever. I have lived in Fairfield since 2021 and never had a pleasant experience with them I have asked them spoke to their supervisor John who also doesn't care and I'm guessing this is why the workers don't for the past two years I have been getting other people mail I have told them several times what mail should be coming but guess what they still send the old owners of the house mail to my address. I have a small business and order a lot of things wholesale 75% of the time this post office sends my packages back for absolutely no reason then when I ask them why all they say is idk. I wish we could just throw the Cypress post office away

The process of handling customers here is very slow. They take time to clear customers couriers. But they clear it.

Excellent service that Mr. Javier offered us in the passport department. My wife and I are very satisfied with his excellent treatment and with the patience he had with my children. Fantastic spot for sending packages affordably. It can get really busy, but please be nice towards the hardworking staff who often manage with limited resources and equipment
