Consistently the worst vet we’ve been to. They’re always trying to sell you additional services or hide fees to try and make extra money. They also always take the dogs to the back to perform any service, when most other vets would just perform exams and administer shots in front of the owner. Just feels like a very sneaky way to run a business.

We went to VCA for a 2nd opinion regarding surgery for one of our fur babies. She had a mass on her shoulder and needed it removed. After that appointment we trusted the staff at VCA. The entire staff took care of Bella with care. Cost was a factor as well but felt they were the right vet to trust as well as being able to afford the surgery. We have decided to change veterinarians because of the care they showed. They were very affordable, and we have referred them to family for their veterinarian needs. Thank you VCA.

DO NOT trust them with your pets. I have a sphynx hairless cat. They are prone to cardiac issues. My cat has had trouble breathing and really gross ears. I’ve brought him in a few times here to be dismissed. I was told nothing is wrong with his ears and he probably has nasal polyps. Paid A LOT of money for imaging to rule out heart failure. My cat went into heart failure a week ago due to advanced cardiomyopathy. The imaging this vet charged me tons for 100 percent would have reflected this. He also has had a double ear infection this entire time they ASSURED me over and over was nothing. So… he’s had a double ear infection for a year.My cat is going to die because VCAs veterinarians are scam artists. Please, do not come here.Copperfield animal clinic is where I have landed. Just as affordable, MUCH better care.

I'm pretty sure this location doesn't care about pets and just want to get as much money as possible. The other vets that I have contacted have informed me that they are waiving the required shots for this location due to nationwide shortage, and that they are all not required by the state. I would suggest that you go to another vet, their requirements at this office are more stringent than the whole state of Hawaii... They don't believe in letting the pet parents deciding what is elective as they won't see your pet unless you get several elective procedures that were not required in Arizona, California, Hawaii and all of these states are very respectable places when it comes to ensuring pets are treated and not bringing any unwanted ailments within their area. I don't understand what you are getting at this location that makes them believe they have the right to force these on customers when they are elective, but I would not go anywhere that is so caught up in capitalism that they push you to spend more money than necessary. I wouldn't send an enemy to this location, thank you.

I saw them doing some kind of money dance ritual at this location, praising the devil and thanking them for sending customers their way, they don't care about your animals... go somewhere else

I'm sure this location only wants your money and doesn't care about pets at all... they force pet owners to complete elective procedures regardless of the animals health.

When our Doberman, Anya, passed away during the night, we were heartbroken. The staff at VCA Telge treated us with compassion and kindness. We ordered the cremation package and when we received it we felt as though they had wrapped her with love. The urn with the paw print was elegant and her ashes inside were not only in a plastic bag but also encased inside a satin bag. The urn was inside of a velvet drawstring bag. Her paw print was on a framed poem about the rainbow bridge. The frame includes a place for us to put her picture as well. Thank you VCA Telge for making a horrible circumstance a little easier!

Dog Gunner was in pain and I was 15 mins late because of it and called. Instead of telling me on the phone or calling me, they waited till I got all the way there to say they could not see me. Who does that? Pulling all my animals. Sad day and so upset.Turns out he had an internal bleed.

Very nice facility. This was our first visit here, and we brought our newly adopted shelter dog. They treated him very well and explained what he needed (vaccines) and how much it would cost. Very friendly staff and reasonable pricing.
