Very attentive to what services we wanted. Highly recommended, felt very pampered and comfortable. Vicky did a fantastic job on removal of my old nails and manicure . Anna and Wendy were top notch on our pedicures. Try the Bomb spa pedi it's fantastic!Thank you ladies we will be back

I normally don’t leave reviews, but it’s just some about this salon. I came in one hour before they closed and as soon as I walked in the receptionist was just not it. I knew they were going to close so I asked if it was okay to get a full set. They said that it was okay, so I go to the back and after seeing the nail supplies I wanted to run! The nail files were used to the max, drill was so dirty, and well the shape and nails were not the best. They told me my total was $50 and at the end they ended up charging me $60 idk where the extra $10 came from I guess the French?

Vivian & Loan were absolutely incredible!
I was here visiting from out of town and came here with my cousin … This was the most amazing experience… Their kindness ,perfection to detail , and talent was incredible

I decided to try out this place. When I came in, the form asked for my phone number. I informed them that I don't want to give out my phone number to avoid getting spam calls and spam texts. The receptionist was not happy and told me that it's required. I started to walk out the store. Then she called me back and told me it was okay if i don't provide my phone number. I proceeded to get a pedicure. Worst service ever. The nail tech was more interested in chatting with her co-worker in Vietnamese than working on my feet. I still tipped her but will not be coming back.Service: Pedicure

I love Venus Spa Nails! Kevin is an amazing nail artist. Always knows what I want and executes flawlessly. Never have had any issues with his technique. I regularly get my nails and feet done and have been consistently going to Kevin for the past 3 years. He's very knowledgeable and caring. The staff are always sweet, nice and attentive.

My daughter and I went for 1 basic pedicure and 2 refills and dropped $170. There's an upcharge on EVERYTHING. They charged for shaping hers (which were just ovals). WHEN DID FILING THEM STOP BEING PART OF GETTING THEM DONE? They charged for take off without taking off our nails. Did I mention $18.00 FOR SHELLAC? Despite the price my nails were super thick and lumpy and my daughter's were sloppy with paint on her cuticles and fingertips. Do not blow your money here.

I went for a shellac mani and pedi and I paid about a little bit above $100 , and a couple of days in my nails started lifting and they didn't last long at all. The ladies doing my nails weren't talking to me at all, they just kept conversing between themselves; they didn't even ask me what shape I wanted my nails or if I even wanted to trim them (which I didn't, I've been working on growing out my natural nail) and they just went ahead and trimmed my nails short. When I got there I was one of 2 other ladies and it was so quiet and dark. And they took forever for my services because in the middle of my services they kept getting up and tending to stuff around the salon as well as anybody walking in. I was in there for about almost 3 hours and I just wanted to leave

As a new mom I never know when I'll have time to get my nails done. My normal place had an hour weight so I decided to try this salon. I at first was a little worried bc of the cleanliness, the chairs had dust and several need replaced... I almost left but am glad I didn't. I got their basic pedicure which to my delight included a ten minute foot massage! I also got a dip manicure. Abby did my hands and I was extremely happy with how they turned out- and I'm VERY picky. I wanted three coats bc I like them thick and she shaped them exactly how I liked. The nice lady who did my pedicure was excellent too, I wish I caught her name. I will for sure go back. $95 for a pedicure and dip is what I'm use to paying and quality was amazing!

After a hiatus due to Covid and a move, I tried this nail salon over six months or so, with my acrylic nails done by Kevin the last three times. I had hoped to find someone to match Ana, the nail tech who had done my nails for four years in Conroe. I did not. Here are my takeaways from this experience: Pricing could and did vary. Overcharging happened. I had it corrected once and could have two other times. Unsolicited advice: compare the menu price to the one on your bill. Not knowing who to see, I tried the luck of the draw. Not being truly happy, I tried the drop-in method for four months. On one drop-in, I had Kevin. Kevin is their "great guy". He may be exactly that, but my nails were cracked and split by his attention. The three months he did my acrylics were the the most challenging. Venus is not cheap. My experience was nothing to rave about and ended with concern. I would have loved to have been happy with it. Honestly, I cannot recommend it.

Tina is amazing she's truly the best nail tech I've ever had ! I've been coming to Venus nails regularly for about 2 years now and I absolutely love the salon !! It's very clean and such a friendly and upbeat atmosphere!!!! Would absolutely recommend

Worst nail service I’ve gotten in my life but the manager and the nail technicians were so kind and sweet, was really hard speaking up against them. I just left without complaints. Also I don’t recommend getting a facial here.
