I went here to get my son a new phone and experienced horrible customer service. I end up going to another location, rep got on the phone with customer service and got my son squared away with no problem. Customer Service is a big deal, people should remember that when starting any job or running their business.

5 days to change providers and activate my account!!!. No phone service for 5 days!!!$350 to activate 2 lines!!! Wait, what activation? It's been 5 days, and I still have no service. I visited 3 corporate offices, called customer service several times, and no one has a clue about what to do. Very disappointing from the "PREMIER MOBILE PROVIDER" in the US. I wish someone from their management would see this review and contact me to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, and I am planning to switch to another one as soon as possible.

I was trying to return 5g wireless home internet router which didn’t work at Bridgeland due to poor coverage there. Visited several stores where I was told to go to the next one. Sales person who had showed on my doorstep few days before to sell the device didn’t bother to check 5g coverage from verizon in our area and told me stories that the device could be returned to any verizon store. It seems this company is extremely disorganized and dishonest, desperate to sell its low quality equipment and services to whoever answers the door.

Experienced issues with one of my lines not receiving calls, texts and voicemail. After several online attempts to resolve and resetting the phone, the level 3 technician told me to go to a local store for a SIM Card. My son went there. But, since another line had a phone on order, they refused to provide the needed SIM. I arrived at the store right at closing, and all 3 employees were agressively pointed at the clock saying WE ARE CLOSED. I called VZW support, and was pushed to text chat. HAd to do all the troubleshooting AGAIN. When I asked for a service credit, I was told to go back to a corporate store and ask for a manager. I didn't want to rrisk being accused of trespassing. So I called the next day, and after 45 minutes and ASKING them to make notes to provide a SIM, or provide a service credit... I was offered $3 for my trouble. I badly want to return the pre-ordered device and buy it elsewhere, but they ship them pre-activated, thus I would incur the $35 activation fee (already paid), plus a $50 restocking fee just for them to resell the phone as new and charge the next person. The young Hispanic guy and his peers should really be ashamed at the lack of customer service displayed.

Worst customer service ever. Here to trade in my phone and open 2 new lines, my trade in phone is out of battery and they said they don’t have a charger for me to charge my phone. Hello? This is the phone store and you don’t have a charger? On top of that, they wont have you transfer your stuff from old phone to the new one. He literally said “ if you want me to help you, I will charge $35”Never do any business here ever again

Went here to upgrade the wife’s iPhone into a model from the current century. Ammar was fantastic and ended up getting us both upgraded for nominal cost. He took the time to go through everything thoroughly and repeatedly. He was not pushy or aggressive in his sales. Excellent experience and will be back again.

When i tried to get my Galaxy S20 service transferred to my IPhone 14 through customer service, and the outage happened, was told to come to the Verizon store the next day. Glad i did, as soon as i walked in, i was immediately taken up front, and my IPhone was up and running in 5 minutes. Best of all,the nice rep waived the service fee.Great staff at this store. Highly recommended

Service was not helpful. Been with Verizon for 9 years, and went to try and reduce my bill. No use at all. He said nothing they could do. Went to a smaller Verizon store in my old neighborhood located fm 1960 and Eldridge, big difference. The salesman "G" lowered my bill and add some new equipment. Will not return to the cypress store again, I'll drive further for better service

Worst location for help. I'll drive 25 minutes to another location or switch carriers before going to this location. Upon asking to be contacted by the regional manager they went into my account and changed my voice-mail password and shut off my text messages so I couldn't respond to the text message survey on how I was treated.

Have not been to this location since before covid. They remodeled the place and now it is just one large room and reps all greet you when you walk in and work off tablets.This place use to have huge desk and a side room for customer service which really worked well.But I walked in and was greeted within a few mins and got the help I needed and great service. They have a lot of new items like JBL speakers and accessories too.Will be back again soon
