Our family joined mostly due to available onsite childcare. We have experienced numerous inconveniences with front desk staff, and they struggle to solve any issues their own system creates. We are often held up for several mins at front desk due to glitch or needed update. Today I was unable to check in my child due to another issue and required me to go to another room and wait for someone to help. There is also limited childcare options on weekends- you know when the working class have time to exercise. We just feel like the staff expects the customers to cater to them ALL THE TIME. Not to mention my kids hate going there and have been picked on by older kids on numerous occasions. Will be cancelling ASAP, which I'm sure will also be a hassle.

Be aware of this poorly run revolving door of a gym. Especially be cautious of their billing system, they will add packages to your account, such as training packages without your knowledge and not reimburse for their errors. the fitness management is a mess. The trainers are amazing, and not treated well.. You're better off at another gym that's not transactional and dishonest. Good riddens For the birds... Contact me if you want details of their dishonest practices. Be aware!

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Horrible and fraudulent company . They guarantee a 7 day termination refund and then when you try to do it, they magically either aren’t available or don’t answer their phone at the front desk or the concierge. No calls back , just a really terrible and dishonest place that I advise you to stay away from. What made me want to cancel in the first place was the women’s locker room toilet stalls were nasty, not stocked , the cameras constantly not working and honestly just a very cold and unhelpful staff. They are doing wrong by their clientele . This is not a 119 dollar membership. The worst part is their blatant dishonesty though. Awful. Stay away

This location has gone completely downhill. I have been a member for 3-4 years. Customer service lacks, machines are constantly not working, especially in the stretching areas, lack of towels in the locker and upstairs area, stretching area has a bad odor, I never see the facility being cleaned.I doubt anything will change. Only positive about this gym is the location. ??♂️

**Edited to add that the trainer i mentioned (Scott) isn’t there anymore, but I did a second fitness assessment with Neko, and had to come back and say I was very pleased with his attitude, encouragement and knowledge. I highly recommend him to do your assessment and training with!I've been going to this gym for about a month now and I can't say enough good things about it. At first it was the Kids Club amenity that sold me on it. It's not just a glorified babysitting service; there are no screens to park them in front of, and the kids can stay up to 2 hours and rotate through activities so they're never bored. The equipment and facilities (hello indoor and outdoor pool with giant water slides??) and classes are great. Most recently I was able to get my free fitness training assessment with their new Fitness Director, Scott. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and seems very passionate about what he does. No hard sell, just giving you the most information he can to get you started, as well as walking you through a floor workout so you can get an idea of what a good routine can look like.We got this membership for the summer but I think I'll be keeping it even when the kids go back to school!

I have been to lifetime and equinox, but Villa Sport is the best gym I have been to. Equinox tries to sell you $1000 in personal trainers, claiming their trainers are the best. Trainers weren't pushy to sign up at villa sport. They have a weighted dip belt here like they had at Equinox. Lifetime didn't have the weighted dip belt. Lifetime tries to promote their alpha class workouts, which involve barbell crossfit workouts. The trainers at lifetime kick off members when their training friends. At this gym, they try to promote all types of exercise. Overall, it's the best facility I've been to. Nick, the membership experience director, will make you have a great experience.

It's such an AMAZING gym and spa. I mean with all the gyms Ive been to, this is the place to be. It's in my opinion, better than lifetime. If you want a good tour and a good gym. Ask for Dory. She is amazing.

Love it here. Very good workout and wet area. Staff is always accommodating.I also have to commend Robert, one of the personnel who is always willing to help and cheery to be around. The trainer Scott L. Is also great - he showed me where my workout limits really were, not were I thought they were. He encouraged every step of the way. Highly recommend this place.

I joined Villa sports about a month ago mostly to utilize the swimming facilities for my siblings and nephew since it is close to home and work. I toured the facility and was amazed at how much it had to offer. I was hesitant at first because due to my schedule, I wasn’t sure if I’d get to utilize the facility enough to get my money’s worth. I went out on a limb and signed up and I honestly am so glad that I did.I have struggled with weight issues most of my life. Although I played sports all throughout my younger years, it was still an issue. As I got older, playing sports stopped and as you can imagine, the weight increased. I always imagine what life would be like if I was smaller, but I have/ had this anxiety about working out in a public place. You can probably imagine why.Fast forward to July 1st, 2023, the morning where I met with a personal trainer to talk about my fitness plan (you are encouraged to do this when you sign up). I wasn’t expecting anything out of this, honestly. I just figured that I was going to talk about how I’m overweight and need to do something about it.Scott must have read my vibes because he didn’t ask me any intimidating questions or just put me on a treadmill. He asked me what my goal was (I didn’t really have an answer) and then asked me what my fitness history was and I told him that I used to play basketball in school. “Say less, let’s go” was his immediate response. We went to the basketball court together and did a few little drills to get me moving. This was so unexpected to me, but it made me excited and ready to embark on a journey that I’ve been needing to do for so long because I get to do something that I love again. It’s been 2 weeks now and Scott has honestly changed my life for the better. He doesn’t ask for anything other than my time and consistency and promises to meet me where I’m at during the good days and the bad. So far, I have consistently been in the gym for a little over a week straight before work. He gives me suggestions on how to get active, eat right and supports/ encourages me daily, to ensure that I know that I’m not alone on this journey.I’m an educator and I love learning new things. Especially, life lessons that I can teach to future generations. If you work with Scott, you’ll learn to “win the day and take an extra step tomorrow”. I’ve been living by this and I can’t wait to start seeing my results and tell the world about where it all started. If you’re looking to join a gym or work with a personal trainer, this is the place to be to workout and have time to better yourself physically and mentally.

It's a bit pricier than other gyms, but I go to a gym for the water exercise, and they make the best use of their pools. Two inside. One family and one for lanes, are most often available. Two outside. One family and one adult only. The family ones also both have lanes and are the ones that are most occupied for lessons, which take up less time than other gyms. So there's always someplace for individuals to do water exercise at their own pace. Each location also has jet tubs. Including the tub on the adult only outside. It's not far from a fire pit, so I've used it even during winter. The adult lockers also have gendered private sauna and jet tubs with a few of its own lounges that can lay flat. Iced towels and water is usually available here so it's great to wrap up with a little quiet rest. The showers are also spacious and plentiful if you want to change in absolute privacy. The family lockers are also by far the most convenient I've seen in a gym, with plentiful showers so there's never been a line when I've used them.Additionally they include a few family classes like cycling. This comes with a large screen for immersion. The family yoga classes are also fun.By far this has been the most accommodating place when it comes to water exercise, so it's where I go now.

Villa Sport in my opinion has been a great addition to the Cypress community. My family and I have been members for 4 years and they have activities of all levels to accommodate every family members needs. I am especially appreciative of the personal training. I started training, finally, with Jared (best trainer/coach) last September and he has met me were I need to be physically. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and easy to work with.
