This place is the absolute best. I had a bit of a situation with my contact order and Jamal saved the day. Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I wont go anywhere else. They take their time to male sure your decision is solid and give you all options available. I give them 10 stars. This is what real service feels like!!!

I had a very good experience at this location. Now I normally don't go to Vision works, but my glasses were bent, so I made a pitstop. The manager 15 minutes before closing had no arguments against helping me out! Thanks

This place provides the very best customer service and has a beautiful selection of frames at an affordable price. Jamal took the time to help me interpret my vision insurance coverage and lens options. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Jamal!

Jamal was very friendly, helpful, and efficient when adjusting and fixing my son’s glasses. He was able to make two sets of glasses fit perfectly on the first try! He also took to the time to clean the lenses. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience at our local store! Thanks again, Jamal!

Huge selection of frames to try on. I immediately found the perfect pink Kate Spade glasses that I’m happy with. Staffs are friendly and helpful! I received my glasses earlier than expected as well which is a plus!

Very clean and organized shop. They have a nice selection of frames. Lots of choices for reasonable prices. The staff is excellent, they seem knowledgeable and are very helpful and kind. My teen daughter couldn't find the frames she wanted at the shop so they suggested we look online where there will be more options. I would definitely recommend checking out this location of Visionworks whether you have or don't have insurance.

I received excellent service today from Jamal at Old Town Cypress Village. He offered to assist me after I called concerning replacing my broken CK frame. He gladly checked his inventory; located my request and invited here. Jamal kindly greeted me and took ownership of processing my warranty replacement. This gentleman exemplifies the meaning of leadership as the GM. Thank you again Jamal I shall return here for future eyewear needs.
