I went to pickup a prescription. It was ready, in the bin. I asked why I didn't receive a call and if they have my correct information to reach me? The guy blew me off. He then needed to scan a pharmacist's id card for a 'consult.' She hopped over for the scan then went back to filling orders. The scan didn't work so she came over again to scan. That time I asked what I need to know about my prescription. The guy asked me to pay. I told him he still didn't answer my question why I didn't get a call. He said it must be the system and asked me to pay. I still don't know if I will be contacted next time or how. And I am concerned that the pharmacist acknowledged that she gave a consult when she did not the first time.

Perhaps slightly above average service relative to other Walgreens locations. Certainly not great relative to pharmacies more broadly. I'm happy with it, but I don't think it deserves more than three stars. My prescriptions are generally available on time. Service is mostly friendly and helpful. I would say that CVS across the street is better on most measures.

This Location is very clean and well stocked. The employees are very nice and I love the fact that y'all have curbside it helps me so much when I have my children with me. I often get my vaccinations here as well and the woman that does it was a big help with my cna school she knew what paper needed to be filled out for texas and had it ready to go.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. The pharmacy staff (I didn't catch her name. Young, Hispanic female) is really wired. She first told me my doctor never sent my prescription. After I insisted, she admitted that it was sent the day before. Then she told me the medication I need was not in stock without even checking. She sent me home and asked me to watch my text message alert. I went home, and that whole thing did not sit well with me. So I called, and hopefully someone else picked up and could help me. It was her on the phone. After I insisted that I needed the prescription immediately, she told me she will get it done right away. What is wrong with this pharmacy staff?

Wait for 4 mins and pharmacy told me go back to drive through line. Bro…. Are you Fxxkn kidding me. And they can’t find my reservation. How nice.
