I called a prescription in on Friday and told me I can p/u the next day by 10:00a. So I get there about 2:00p , they do not have it and won’t have it until Monday. So now I must come back today to see if it’s here.

The cigarette smell has not been as noticeable recently in the past few months. I have no problems with Walgreens. They are a bit slower lately, but that is the parent company's fault for being unwilling to hire more people in the pharmacy.

Leonard or whoever that Pharmacist was should be fired. This guy is eating and talking and spitting out stuff. He was not helpful at all. It was a horrible experience.

Unfortunately, I am unable to rate this Walgreens a 5 due to the long-long wait time for them to answer their phone. At least they finally added a wait list telling you how many people are ahead of you. In the past, I waited for long times being replaced on hold multiple times after the time limit put you back to making them respond only to be placed directly back ion hold. There are a few very helpful assistance or cacher girls working there, but normally, they are very busy and obviously understaffed. This is definitely due to pore management not being able to retain good talented employees.

Always an issue, always delayed prescriptions. I am 20 weeks pregnant waiting on medicine now for over 4 days from my cardiologist. Very little communication and what little there was, it was incorrect. Went twice to pick up when they said it should be ready both times were told it would be another day. Truly neglectful

Got my covid booster. The clerk was having a hard time verifying my insurance. She declined mine and my wife's insurance and we were getting ready to walk but another employee intervened. She verified my insurance and I got jabbed.

Even when the lines are long, the pharmacy technicians do an amazing job and get you in and out as fast as possible. They are all very sweet to my three year-old son Jack especially the senior pharmacy tech Melissa. She is one of the sweetest ladies there, Sarah, the pharmacy manager Is also beyond amazing and helpful. I will definitely use this pharmacy as long as all of them are there don’t get the turd from long lines. They try their best and they all work very fast.

Very slow and poor customer service. Was told my prescription would be ready at a specific time. When I came back a few hours later at that time, I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for my prescription because they had not prepared it. They seem unorganized and were unapologetic about the overall wait time and poor customer experience.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I was judged and ridiculed by the Pharmacist. She needs to be replaced.

Closed down right in front of me! I was waiting in line for 45 minutes and they closed the drive through right after the person in front of me got their meds!! I even called & told them I was 3rd in line but with 25 min until 1:30 figured plenty of time. Nope!! I also blame it on the people who wanted to do business at the window instead of going in. They all got 20 seconds of my horn!! About to switch to CVS. Only reason for 2 star was they always have or had my meds!! Now I need some blood pressure meds after this trip....still have to go back today but I will let them have it. I mean they need to put a cone out, or come out and tell folks or something. Guess everyday plenty of mad folks in the same place as me!!

My prescription was submitted to this Pharmacy 10 days ago. a week went by and no prescription was ready. I went to the Pharmacy to find out what the problem was and learned that the medicine was not on order. Went back 4 days later to find out that the prescription was still not on order. No explanation was available about why the prescription was not ordered, only a SORRY. If it is important to get your medication in a timely fashion do not use this Pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. As I'm writing this review I'm still waiting in line, in the store. That's how much extra time I have. This is ridiculous. I am only picking up 1 prescription, I should not be here 20 minutes and still have time to write this. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION SENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO WAIT IN LINE.Update: It has now been a total of 35 minutes I have been waiting in line, the phones for the pharmacy are ringing off the hook and no one is picking them up. I still don't have my meds and the line is about 5 people deep. Again, do not get your meds sent here.

They have no intentions of servicing customers here. I have no idea how Walgreens Corporate hasn't done anything about this place.
