This location doesn’t know how to take a passport photo. The ones they print out are fine but the digital copy has the passport photo sign in your picture. Don’t waste your time at this location!!!

Most incompetent pharmacy. You drop off a prescription, they tell you it will be ready by a certain time. You show up at that time, and it's not ready, they will notify you when it is ready. They send you a notification, you go to pick it up, STILL NOT READY. Like people don't have other things to donthan run to the pharmacy multiple times a day

I can't stand when people don't want to do their job! The cashier (older black lady with wavy hair) refused to find out why the flex card wouldn't go through. She says, well it normally says OTC on the screen and it doesn't. I tell her that it says OTC on the shelf and I pulled from that. She shrugs her shoulders and says well I don't know. She wouldn't go see, she wouldn't call for help, she just either didn't want to do her job or she automatically knew I was wrong. I've used the card to purchase this item several times before.

If I could give a 0 star I would. These people are so disrespectful, judgmental, racist, and unkind humans on the planet. They told me one thing then my dr called and said they told him another. Then we I went to pick my prescription up they told me a whole mother lie. I wish theses pharmacists the worst luck in the world.

I use this store out of convenience. Never again!!! My prescriptions have been ready for days. I went to pick them up in the drive thru. There was a truck at the window. I get to the window and the little Asian girl starts helping me, asks my name and everything. She states my meds aren't ready and there's only 1. There should be 2. She steps back and another lady, who I assume, is the pharmacist, proceeds to tell me she can't help me because they are closed. I tell her I've been in line and she continues to only state they are closed and proceeds to close the safety window. I have already transferred my scripts and will no longer do business there. Extreme rude and horrible customer service.

I get e- mails telling me my prescriptions will be ready on a particular day usually in a time range but quite often it won't be ready. This week my doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday and that afternoon I received an e-mail stating it would be ready Thursday between 9:00am an 9:50am. I called them after lunch and they said it wasn't ready but it should be ready Friday morning. I waited until Friday night around 7:00 pm to give them plenty of time. Now they tell me that it is on order and to call them back Monday. I told them I am down to 1 pill and all they could say is call back Monday. Very unprofessional!
