This is quite possibly the worst Walgreens on God’s green earth. They refused to help me with photo pickup. I waited 25+ minutes and had to go to 5 different registers before checking out. The manager looks like she’d rather be anywhere but there. Just horrible. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. It’s the closest one to me and I will be driving further, elsewhere from now on.

I tried like 3 times to get a refill and they kept putting me on hold without letting me know. I waited and waited and nothing. Called back and this time they were having trouble with their system, put me on hold again without letting me know waited and hung up. I was able to refill at HEB. You lost my business for wasting my time.

Makes us wait for too long. Waited for more than 25 minutes for my flu shot even though i had appointment. Not satisfied with the pharmacy service. Never had this experience before with any other pharmacy.
Not customer oriented and dont give importance to time of other people.

Zero recommended, they take too long to make a medicine, usually an hour after it is sent and after 4 hours it is still not ready.

I had a very negative experience with a woman working at this location Logan is her name. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and showed zero professionalism. The way she handled the store completely unethical and lacked even basic courtesy you'd expect from someone running a store.
I’m shocked at how poorly customers are treated here. If this is how the business is managed, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time either.
Management seriously needs to reevaluate who they put in charge.

When a customer asked you to check backstock to see if you have an item. The correct thing from a manager would do is still check to confirm with the customer. Not tell them everything that we have is on the shelf.
I just left Walgreens, MANAGEMENT please go the extra mile for the customer next time!!!

They gave my prescription to the wrong customer.Then the lady (Leslie)at the register was rude because I asked how that happened and he didn’t pay or confirm the information ,after I watch them get the medicine back from him.as I told the pharmacist what happened she stopped helping the customer in front of her to come and try to argue with me about what I was telling him.

Walked into the store to get my sick child some medicine and encountered the rudest cashier ever Leesha she said her name was. (Not wearing a name tag, just a sweatshirt) I guess this store doesn’t require uniforms.
As I walk up to the counter, she walks away without saying a word. I wait for her to come back. I notice she went to grab more bags from the other register. She had empty bags on the counter, and was restocking her bags so I waited for her to greet me/ acknowledge me. Finally after waiting for her to finish She sarcastically says “oh are you ready” and I said yes that’s why I’m standing here.
She says well you didn’t put anything on the counter so how was I supposed to know. I explained to her that I was waiting for her to finish replacing her bags and by the looks of all the bags on the counter I didn’t think she was ready and didn’t want to just start placing all my items on the counter. She argued and basically told me it was my fault because I just stood there. I told her that instead of arguing with me she should acknowledge her customers and communicate instead of leaving things to assumptions.
I don’t understand where the basics of customer service has gone at this store. There’s no more greeting customers, there’s no more good customer service here. Just entitled employees with deplorable attitudes that hate their jobs. Don’t come here unless you are desperate!
