Absolute worst pharmacy! They will take over two weeks to fill a prescription and when you try to get clarification why, they shrug their shoulders and stare at you. Extremely incompetent people work here and it’s amazing they even have jobs.

If you want your prescriptions on time and for them to have them ready, do not use this Walgreens on Jones Road. Also the waiting time in the line is is from 12 to 15 minutes to pick up your prescription and you cannot ever get a hold of anybody to ask him about where our prescriptions at or when it's gonna be ready, it's it's a horrible store.

I’ve been coming to the pharmacy for years .The short staff, lack of communication and extremely long waits have become part of the norm.However, today I was in awe when I noticed a young lady by the name of Catherine. This young lady is always hustling, makes the lines move and always so helpful and sweet. I wish I knew her set schedule… she deserves a raise!!!I’ve only had the pleasure of running into her a handful of times but it’s memorable. I get my meds in a timely manner and no issues.

Pharmacy gets sent a prescription, texts me it’s delayed, which is fine. They then cancel it without ever telling me I need to call my doctor to have them send the prescription elsewhere. I call them and they claim they never received the prescription. So they’re either being dishonest about ever getting the prescription, or too dumb to know how to check logs and history of the prescription for my account.Been using them for years with no issues but I guess this is part of the “new normal” we should all expect.

I’ve been going to this walgreens for a couple years now, the service is amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and super helpful !They even know me by name now !
