The customer service was good the times i’ve come here is the employees were nice and was very comfortable shopping there. Based on reviews i’ve seen of this place were probably different employees in different shifts but otherwise this wasn’t so bad.

You really need to upgrade the camera you use in the photo center. The one you have is outdated, probably from the 1900s, and lacks both quality and resolution. Every picture taken there ends up looking like a mugshot of someone who just got out of jail🤣🤣🤣🥲. Easily the worst place for photography!

I am disappointed with my experience at Walgreens because of its rude customer service. An employee mocked me when I asked about the rewards program and then talked badly about me to his coworkers right in front of me.

They overcharge for prescriptions. Twice I've had prescriptions filled there and both times, they were charging over $100.00, with insurance, but i had them transferred to a local independent pharmacy and they filled the same prescriptions for $14 and $7.00.

Well I’m not sure if they are understaffed but waiting 15 minutes to check a prescription and get a “please hold be with you shorty” 6 times is unacceptable.

Rep KARINA is rude. I had a question about the prescription insurance and she came out offensively responding with an ugly attitude. People like this shouldn’t be in healthcare.

Refused to fill a prescription because they claim my doctor isn’t licensed in Texas. She is, and I had the same prescription filled two weeks earlier. Do not go here, please. Save yourself time and a headache.

I want to give this pharmacy its kudos. I had some terrible experiences with a neighboring Walgreens pharmacy and I one by one transferred prescriptions here. They under promised and over delivered. “We’ll have that ready in the morning” and had it ready 20-30 minutes later. I’ve moved quite a bit but have some chronic issues in my family that keeps me at the pharmacy several times a month. I have always had great experiences at Walgreens and was shocked by my experiences with the other Walgreens. I’m glad I didn’t just drop Walgreens completely and tried this pharmacy. I have not one pharmacy complaint and appreciate the staff here!

I love me some Walgreens especially when they're open 24 hours!! Nobody else is open 24 hours anymore except for the Walgreens on Hwy 6 just past FM 529... The employees are outstanding!! Thank you for always being there when I am in need of whatever!! Lol

I went there last week for a COVID screening and I’m still waiting on my results over a week later. I called to ask about it and the pharmacy technician told me she doesn’t know why I don’t have it and it’s showing pending!! What?? Why is Walgreens trustworthy?? This is serious and I don’t want to use them anymore ever because of this. No one was willing to help me out.

If you're ever interested in experiencing what it feels like to be treated as a burden just by the simple fact that you exist, head on over to this Walgreens. Maybe if they got self checkouts then the employees wouldn't be tasked with the absolute hell that you make their lives by, you guessed it, existing.
