I dropped off a package that was supposed to be picked up by Fedex the lady at the counter incorrectly scanned the package as a receiving package the next morning, I track the package. The package is showing that is ready for me to pick up instead of Fedex to pick up total waste of time. now I have to go back to the store and pick up the package to drop it off at a FedEx store because she messed it up

Worst pharmacy:
Every time I come to Walgreens to pick up my prescription, I run into problems, and this time was the worst. I received a notification stating that I needed to pick up my medication by March 16. I went within the specified time, but the pharmacist told me that my prescription was not ready.
I explained that I had received a notification instructing me to pick it up by the 16th, and it wasn’t even closing time yet, but they still refused to give me my medication. What’s worse, if I don’t take my medication on time every day, I will experience continuous bleeding. Yet, they completely ignored my concerns and showed no regard for my health condition.
Is this a system issue or just poor service? Either way, it’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable!

I’ve had consistently frustrating experiences with this Walgreens pharmacy. Every time I pick up my wife’s birth control, I’m met with unnecessary delays, often having to wait several hours. Today, they prematurely restocked her prescription even though we arrived within the specified time frame. This lack of professionalism and consideration is unacceptable.

I was sent by my pharmacist to Walgreens because my prescription that wasn’t covered by my insurance was significantly less expensive than they could get it for me. Jackie B patiently found the prescription at the significantly lower price and told me I could pick it up in 2 days. When I returned the pharmacy tech who asked to help me told me it was almost 4 times what Jackie B quoted for 90 days and said do you want 30 days and I said no I want to pay what I was told it would cost and pointed out that Jackie B helped me with it. Jackie B came back and after searching found the price and took care of it. When I returned for the prescription there was a customer ahead of me that she was helping. I was happy to wait because Jackie B took care of her issue with the same care, patience and extreme competence that she apparently always displays. She gets 5 gold stars for Walgreens.

Terrible customer service from the young shift lead. He’s got no common sense and shouldn’t be in an authoritative position. Giving him access to a cash draw and a key shouldn’t have been allowed. He pays no attention to the cashier at the front when asking for help with a line. he walks away when being asked for help, and has an attitude when he comes to the register. He was rude to me for asking why my coupon I clipped on the app isn’t working and he sent me on my way without an explanation and charged me full price saying there’s nothing he can do. As having worked for the company I know first hand he’s full of it. Get better employees.

Another slow drive thru pharmacy. In the car with 2 screaming kids to get their medication and the car in front of me has been in line for 20 mins. They need to have a waiting area for the meds not ready or open a second line. My stuff is literally just in and out.. yesterday's line was just as bad and today is the same.

Went to pickup my mom's Rx multiple one but the issue was the insulin pens. I should have been given a quantity of SIX pens total which is clearly markered on the label, I got charged for six as well but only received TWO. Being this medication if life altering and cost nearly 700 bucks I ran back to the store immediately. Come to find out the pharmacy is closed for lunch no store manager on duty and I fell jilted and ripped off. I will be moving all our Rx from Walgreens and will never step a foot in the store again. No one wanted to address the matter even look at the bag so to assure me it would be taken care of when I returned. Three trip for the Rx, it been this way each time I pick up Rx from this location or the Rx is transfered to a store several miles away. I have confronted the store manager before about the mess ups and was assured they would get back on track. Well lousy customer service ESPECIALLY when it's a medicating n that can affect her health in an exterm short period of time. Done done done done, just done.

So i’m giving this place a one star review not because of the store itself but how inconsiderate these employees were. There was a tornado happening and they wouldn’t let a family or anyone else in. Very disappointed as they preach about caring about people but they do not. Maybe this store should think about hiring new staff that actually cares about people. Thank you!!
