They told me the prescription would be ready on Tuesday after 2pm. I checked in today, Wednesday, and they still said it won't be ready until the next day at 2pm. I didn't receive any notification either. What kind of pharmacy is this?

bad! They say they don't print a receipt when orders are pickup..if you need a receipt, don't buy from this one! the others do!

Your pharmacy at 11803 BARKER CYPRESS RD, CYPRESS, TX 77433, for two months in a row has not re-filled my prescription in a timely manner. This has caused me to run out of pills. I submitted my prescription order one week ago and every time I call, they tell me the prescription is coming from a central warehouse and has not arrived yet. This is absolutely unacceptable and has caused me to run out of pills. When I complained about being out of pills, the pharmacy technician suggested I complain to corporate because she also cannot do anything about the delays. She suggested I try another pharmacy. Come on Walgreens, you can do better than this! This causes real issues with my very important medication that I now won't be able to take tomorrow.

WE COME FOR THE PHARMACY!!! Nancy hooked us up today, and Caroline regularly looks out for us, as well. Friendly and helpful pharmacists always willing to educate and counsel, be attentive to customers, and putting themselves in customers' shoes regarding the rising cost of prescriptions, by making them aware of drug company coupons, etc. They always make you feel like they genuinely care. This is why even though we moved, we continue to have all of our prescriptions filled here and have done so for years!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND GETTING WORSE ALL THE TIME. They've been out of my RX for two weeks... I called to see if they knew of another Walgreens that might have it in stock... they told me to call around myself. I called corporate to see if they could help....they told me to call around myself! The most expensive pharmacies with the worst service. NO MORE for me.

I was standing in line to pick up an order. I let an elderly lady skip because I thought I didn't need to go to the register. Shanez (Walgreen employee) assist the elderly lady. After she was done with the lady, she turns her back to do something else, instead of helping me. I waited a minute and decided to ask for help for any employee who's willing to. I want the same the customer service like the elderly lady. I won't be coming back here to be treated like I'm nobody.

Let’s just start by saying I came to pick up a prescription today and mind you I didn’t need it day before - pulled to the window and asked to receive it. Lady told me no at 12pm it was (10am) literally in tears because I need the meds okay fine, I’ll wait till 12 “Due to insurance issues my prescription is delayed” I didn’t receive a call at all saying to over ride that issue. Had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to get ahold of someone. She then proceeds to tell me that the prescription will be filled at 12:30pm now because she’s “busy” - The pharmacist said 12 it would be ready so I should’ve received a call stating that it’s delayed AT 11:45 to override that delay!!!! Looks like communication needs to be worked on or have someone call immediately if it’s a delay on the account, period! This is absolutely ridiculous I have to wait in pain because of a delay that should have been overriden one, by me driving up physically stating id pay $71 out of pocket to begin with and that I NEEDED the prescription ASAP!

Always receive excellent customer service. If the line is long, someone will always immediately come open a new register and they are always patient with me when my toddler gives me a hard time. Even still patient when I pay with multiple payments. My mom really enjoyed the visit when going for Covid booster. Thank you to the pharmacy staff for being kind to her when she was nervous.

Worst Pharmacy. They are open until 9PM. Nope they decide to close at 6 today. I had an appointment and they closed early and never called. They just decided to close early. Bunch of Bull. I've seen them close early before on other days when shopping and seen other people mad when they went to get prescriptions. Not reliable pharmacy. I'm really considering moving all my prescriptions and shopping else where because of this unreliable pharmacy. Really poor customer service.
