If there is less than one star rating , I would definitely consider the lowest rate ever for this place. They don’t care about anything, super slow, always asking you to call the doctor or the insurance or anywhere because there is always an issue in your prescription. I start switching my medication away from that place however they are the closest to my house.

By far the WORST pharmacy we have ever dealt with. The pharmacist with the heavy accent....the most unprofessional woman on the face of the planet. She REFUSED to fill my Sons prescription as she THOUGHT he shouldn't be taking it. She refused to fill the prescription until she spoke to the doctor. She NEVER followed up with the doctor. I had to be the go between for 2 WEEKS. This woman hung up on me and referred to my child as HER PATIENT. We ended up transferring to a different Walgreens to have it filled with ZERO issues. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened with this particular woman and we have left Walgreens altogether. She should be fired.

Pharmacy Review:Frustrating and Disappointing Experience
I’ve used this Walgreens since moving to Cypress, despite the usual long wait times and unhelpful phone system. But on 6/11, after being discharged from Memorial Hermann ER the previous night, my prescriptions were sent here—and that’s when things went downhill.
The automated system confirmed my prescriptions were received and “being worked on.” Hours later, I was told nothing was in the system. I had to return to the hospital, where the Head Nurse confirmed they were sent, and gave me a direct contact for the pharmacy to verify.
Despite this, the pharmacist (young white guy) refused to fill my prescriptions unless he spoke directly to the ER doctor—completely disregarding the nurse’s verification. I spent nearly 3 hours being the go-between, while in pain, just to get basic care. When the pharmacist finally filled it at 9:45pm, I received no apology—just a dismissive “we won’t be here at 9:55.”
This experience was exhausting, unprofessional, and left me incredibly disappointed. It’s a harsh reminder that you must advocate for yourself, even when you're already vulnerable. No customer should have to chase down their own medication or beg a pharmacist to do their job.

Normally, too many people are waiting for prescriptions. It is also usually a long time on hold when you call in.

If you need vitamins or anything that is locked up don’t even bother asking for someone because they say they will send someone over and never do. And they will have you standing there waiting. I ended up walking out because I waited so long and no one came.

Terrible. They don’t answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold, only to answer the phone, to put you on hold again, and then they answer again just to put you on hold yet again, then, they’ll call you to let you know that your prescription is ready, only to tell you to your face that it’s not ready yet when you arrive to pick it up, and that they’ll have it ready in an hour. The staff has absolutely no urgency at all and will sometimes take upwards of 5-7 minutes to look up your information, retrieve your one or two prescriptions, and ring you out. And that’s if you walk in, which will usually take no less than 20-25 minutes. If you use the drive through, they take even longer,. There have been a couple of times where the drive through was empty and I was picking up one prescription that was ready, and it took them 15 minutes or longer to complete the transaction. The service at that pharmacy is so slow that you seriously have to wonder if it’s being done on purpose. I have never seen a pharmacy that is run as poorly as this one. There is nothing convenient about using the pharmacy at this location.
