I recently had to change to this Walgreens (Huffmeister & Cypress North Houston) because the Walgreens on 1960 closed. The pharmacy area is too small for all the employees in there. They need to open the second lane for pickups. Always people in line waiting. Then when you go into the store, there's always a line. Enlarge the area or something. So annoying.

20 minutes waiting on hold just to check if a medication was in stock. Ridiculous.

Worse Walgreens!!! I’ll stay with the Walgreens I go to. They will call and tell you rx is ready to be picked up and once you get there they can’t either find it or have it ready. After a call I expect the meds to be ready and not me waiting couple minutes to get it. Never again!!

Make you wait over a hour for your prescription and Shelia at the window is very unprofessional makes you come inside with your sick screaming baby instead of the drive thru window. Will never come back

Always make me wait for days to fill a prescription. Very cold and uncaring staff. I used the CVS across the street until they closed. Never had issues with CVS.

This used to be my favorite Walgreens Pharmacy in Cypress! After today, I have some real concerns with some of the employees that work in that area of store. I had made an appointment on-line to get a Covid/Flu test at 11:15. I finally left at 12:30 having NEVER gotten the test done. Shelia, one of the tech's (I guess that's what she is ?) chose not to honor that appointment time & instead help at least a dozen other customers with everything from vaccine paperwork (which I've always had to do myself), get other's their prescriptions (which is what my Covid/Flu test was...a prescription), etc. when all I needed was a swab up the nose. It really made me question someone's time management & compassion to allow someone with fever, achiness & a cough to sit while the vaccines were made (however that's done), people picking up their prescriptions,and exposing at LEAST a dozen people in that small area of the Pharmacy to possible Covid and/or flu when the swab could have been done in less than a 1/4 of the time. In the past I have always viewed Shelia as kind & competent. This terrible experience has truly made me wonder what goes through some people's minds in situations such as this.Tha review above is strictly for the one pretty bad experience in the Pharmacy on Saturday 03/02. I wanted to edit it somewhat, because I DO still like this store. Every manager I have ever come in contact with has been nothing but nice, helpful & conscientious. The same goes for the other employees throughout the store. As for the Pharmacy, Lisa, the lead Pharmacist is wonderful! She is sweet & very good at her job! I have also had some kind & competent tech's in Pharmacy. I am especially fond of Liz, as I have known her for years & she has always been sweet & friendly. This store deserves at least 4 ? overall.

Horrible, the women in there have no idea what's going on. Very unprofessional. Always a issue when I get my medcine from it being late, to them telling me it's not ready. Also saying they dont have it , my doctor needs to call it in. Its always something. I get the same 3 medicines every month Please do better.Also train the women how to do customer service.
