My son desperately needed a prescription which our insurance wouldn’t cover. We went to Walgreens 4 times trying to figure out other options, etc. Karlene Wiggins gave us a coupon which made it affordable. She has been the only pharmacist to actually help us and she was amazing! She is super friendly, polite, and caring.

What happened to Walgreens??? They used to have the best pharmacy ever. Now it’s a complete joke. The employees are rude and act as if doing their job is an inconvenience…quit then. You’re in customer service for people that need meds, get over it. Then to tell people they aren’t going to do things when they have paperwork. No need to worry this is the second time a Walgreens acts as if they don’t need customers. Great you’ve lost one so no need to worry one less to deal with.

I stopped at this Walgreens on my way from work at approximate 10am. I walked strait to the cash register and asked for two items that are kept behind the counter. The cashier politely said , I can't ring you up cause I'm in a middle of a transaction. So I stood there for about 3 minutes, then decided to walk over to the make up section to take a look. Approximate 5 minutes later I walked back over to the same register attended by the same cashier. I stood there for about another 3 minutes then another customer arrived. The cashier once again very politely told the other customer that she was in a middle of a transaction and that we had to wait. After waiting for a few more minutes. I asked the cashier if she could void the transaction so she could ring both of us waiting. She got on the intercom and announced, I see 3. Five minutes passed and noone came to assist her. I stood there waiting, while now the cashier was commenting to the other customer that I looked like I was in a hurry. I replied, that yes I was in a hurry that a simple 2 minutes stop had turned into an almost 20 minute ordeal. Finally after another 4 minutes a manager comes to assist her. The cashier tells the manager, this lady is in such a hurry can you ring her up. The manager asked me why I was I was so inpatient. I didn't reply, I just asked for the two items I wanted to buy. The cashier now is talking badly about me to the other customer, saying that I should of come in at 8am since I'm in such a hurry or simply go somewhere else. The other customer calls me all sort of explicit names. All 3 ladies, including the manager , cashier and customer are now calling me racial slurs. The manager was so busy chiming in on the name calling that she couldn't log in to ring me up. So frustrated, the original cashier, log on to another register and rings me up.So my point is, if the cashier obviously logged on to a different register to finally ring me up. Why didn't she do it from the beginning.

Why is this location letting people wait at the drive thru for prescriptions that aren't ready?!? I've been here multiple times to drop off and pick up READY prescriptions and keep getting stuck in line for 10, 15 minutes behind people who don't have prescriptions ready.

am posting this about an incident thathappened a little while ago to my daughter in-law. This was at the Walgreens on BarkerCypress and Longenbaugh. The manager therewhose name is Kendra is very unprofessional, dishonest and very disrespectful. My daughterin-law is Asian and she went there to get a mouthguard and the manager tried to enlist her to useanother persons Walgreens card and mydaughter-in-law was uncomfortable with usinganother's information. She pressured her intodoing it and said she would have to pay and shecouldn't cancel transaction. My daughterrepeatedly said she wanted to start over but thenshe finally agreed because of the pressure sheput on her. She soon realized that the item wasthe wrong one and wanted to return and Kendrasaid it couldn't be done because the receipt wentto another customer's card and she would haveto take store credit. My daughter in-law said thisis unacceptable and had to call my son to comeover there. This manager Kendra was yelling andbullying my daughter in-law. Kendra asked her tostep aside so she could take care of othercustomers. Excuse me, she is the customer theyneeded to finish with. I feel they werediscriminating against her at that moment tryingto dismiss her. My daughter in-law was there withher elderly parents who do not speak English andsaw these two women yelling at their daughterand they were scared. When my son arrived theyacted totally different and tried to say his wifewas the problem, trust me my daughter in-law trust me my daughter in-law isvery sweet and lady like. They even enlistedother customers who seemed to be Kendra'sfriend to gang up on her. There's anotheremployee named Morgan who also was veryunprofessional and disrespectful. I'm just flooredthat anyone in a management position can actthis way. Please post if you have had negativeinteractions with this Walgreens. This isunacceptable behavior and needs to beaddressed. Walgreens needs new management.

Kendra - the manager there is extremely unprofessional and dishonest! She dismissed me when I was extremely uncomfortable using another customers walgreens card information, that she pressured me into using, and then told me i had to pay and could not cancel the transaction, when i asked repeatedly to please remove the customers info and start over. Then when I finally agreed because of the pressure she was putting on me to hurry, I realized the item I purchased was the wrong one, and needed to make a return. When I attempted to return the items, she then told me I could not get a refund to my card because it emailed my receipt to another customer, and I could only receive store credit. When I stated that this was unacceptable, she proceeded to argue with me, until I had to call my husband and ask him to help me because she told me to step aside so she can help “her customers” as if i am not her customer. Then when my husband arrived, she completely changed her tone, and began to pretend for him like she did none of the things I stated. She acted as if I was the one causing problems, and even had another customer who was calling her by name chiming into our interaction as if they were friends and attempting to bully me, making me more uncomfortable until my husband told the woman to politely mind her own business. Then that woman threatened to call the police on us for telling her to stay out of our conversation, and another employee named Morgan asked us to keep other customers out of it when the other customer was in fact the one who wouldn’t stop interjecting into our conversation. This is a horrible customer experience, and representation of what Walgreens stands for, and if I do not hear a response from this review in a timely fashion i will go as high up as I possibly can to make sure some one is held accountable for this. I even felt discriminated against because I am asian, and english is not my first language, plus, my elderly parents were with me and were quite scared because they do not speak english at all and did not understand why your representative was shouting at me. Please make this right!!!

This Walgreen’s Fedex fulfillment is a joke. I drove there with everything packed, supposedly all I had to do was drop the box off. They told me their printing system was off, so they couldnt print shipping labels, told me to come back another time. I tried calling a few days after to confirm whether the system was back up, the call kept “disconnecting”. They turned a simple transaction into something way inefficient and overcomplicated.

Will not return to this location. I submitted a refill for my sons asthma medication over the phone with a pharmacy tech and was told they had to order it because it was out of stock and I would be able to pick up the next day. I specifically informed the lady whom I spoke with that I wanted to pick it up at this location and not the location we usually use. All to get there the next day and the medication was put in for refill at another location. Was a total inconvenience!
