I took my vehicles at the Auto Center located in Walmart for an oil change. When I got home which is off Becker Road and 290 my oil light started to come one. When I finally made it home the entire oil was leaking from the bottom of my car. I called Walmart several times to see if they have a solution for this situation, but no one ever answered the phone must have called more than 20x’s. I only have one vehicle in my household therefore I wasn’t able to go and buy oil. Waiting for an at home service company to come to my house tomorrow Sunday to properly put oil in my car. If I didn’t know better my car would have messed up, I’m interested to know what they would have done. But once I get this fixed I will get ahold of corporate they need to hire individuals that know what they are going, forgot to mention I was there at Walmart for 3 hour all for a bad job that could have ruined my vehicle for good.

Unfortunately the poor reviews are true.I've taken my cars here a couple times for oil changes. Usually I go workout while they work bc it always takes at least 2 hours.I went today at 745 am and was told if would be a 3 hour wait for an oil change. There was one car ahead of me.The staff is friendly, but 3 hrs is ridiculous.

I would give a 0 if I could. On July 19, 2023 I came to Walmart to have my battery changed and to get an oil change. I had never done this at Walmart before, but figured I would give them a shot. The next day after leaving Walmart, I noticed oil was leaking out of my car. It left a football size puddle in my garage after just one day. I went back to Walmart a day or 2 later. When I talked to one of the mechanics and let them know what I noticed, AND showed him a picture of how big the puddle was, he told me that’s pretty normal after an oil change. I asked that regardless if it was “normal” or not, I would appreciate someone looking at it. They looked at it, gave me keys back with no real explanation of what caused the leak. They said the screw just might not have been tightened enough. Low and behold, it continued to leak. I decide to give up going back to Walmart and instead go to Take 5 to see if they can see the problem. They told me that Walmart added a silicone piece under my screw, almost like they were trying to patch something up. They recommended I go back to Walmart and have them remove that piece. This time I go back with my husband. That helped a little (sadly, I felt like they were trying to convince me my car was not leaking UNTIL my husband was with me). I tell them the problem, show them my receipts, explain that this has NEVER been an issue any other time I’ve changed my oil at other shops like Take 5. The manager comes out and we talk to him too. He checks out the car. He takes a picture of it all cleaned up and says he doesn’t see anything wrong with it. They said he sees no silicone piece. He said the yellow paint on that part is not even a color they use at Walmart. He said they only use blue. HOWEVER, we called over the mechanic that we know worked on my car last and asked him if he used blue or yellow paint when he was finished. He said “I don’t remember.” If you only have yellow, then why would you have to remember? They would take absolutely no responsibility for what they did. They refilled my oil and that’s all they did. I went to another mechanic, and he said Walmart absolutely added a silicone piece. I now have to get parts replaced in my car due to Walmart’s negligence. Honestly, I would sue them to pay for the parts if I had the time and energy. I will not return to Walmart for auto care, and have told my entire family to never take their car here. It’s unacceptable that they would not take responsibility for their mistake. We all make mistakes, but man up and own it.Services: Auto battery replacement

I came in late Sunday since my battery died and was surviving on the jump. The front desk said they had taken all the orders for the day, but I pleaded it was an emergency. They were very patient and told me it was no issue. They had me in and out in 20 mins. You guys are awesome ! ?

Went in for an oil change and they damaged the oil pan. Only found out when the car started leaking oil. Cost me $1600; to get it fixed and Walmart won't do anything to compensate me. I will never be using them again!

Bought a tire online and scheduled an install early Sunday morning.Went there left the keys and got called upon to know that they don’t have a device strong enough to take out one of the bolt on my wheel. I was told their device don’t have enough torque.I then load the tire and went to nearby tire shop, they didn’t even ask me any questions and changed my tire. What kind of joke was this, you don’t even have a decent equipment to do a job properly?Years ago same place denied to switch a new battery that I just bought from Walmart because they think my terminal may break, went to other shop and they replaced with minutes, no questions asked. Looks like this place don’t care about its business and employee find every possible reason not to do their job, what a shameService: Tires

Terrible automotive staff, mainly Courtney. I will not have anything done to my car there ever again, as I should have known the automotive department is incompetent. I guess the saying is right you get what you pay for. Walmart you should do better!

The technician broke the handle off of my dip stick. Now that it was broken, he said he could not do the oil change because he could not check the oil levels as he couldn’t get the dip stick out. He blamed it on whoever did my oil change last though they didn’t break it. I can understand if I came with the ring missing, but it was attached and fine until now.

They did a great job in replacing my battery on my 2005 Hyundai Tucson, and made sure I received all the discounts available. Good job and they did it fast.
