I was at this pharmacy to pick up my prescription at 7:00 PM. The people work there told me they already closed and they won’t help me out. I am out of medicine and I am missing my medication tonight. So sad!

If I could give no stars I would but I can't . The worst Walmart ever it is filthy and the employees are very rude and there are never lines open it's always self checkout . Worst Walmart ever

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. When I saw they had less than stellar reviews, I had to come on here and give them a 5 star rating. I would say in the hundreds of times I have interacted with their staff, maybe once or twice the experience was not great. Most of the time, they are beyond helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes. Several of them know me by name and even one of the guys who usually handles curbside is just the kindest person ever. I love that I get text alerts and MOST of the time, the prescriptions are filled quickly and there is not an issue. Nowhere is perfect. I think it also says a lot that many of the staff have worked there a long time. I am sure several of the pharmacists and technicians have been there 5, 10, or more years. Keep up the great job!

I don’t know why people don’t talk positively about this pharmacy! They are the most wonderful people I know! I go there all the time and they treat me wonderfully. If people would just act like decent adult human beings, then maybe you would also enjoy coming to this store! Love my caring pharmacy!

I actually really love this pharmacy and usually have good service. But today was different. When I asked so about what time will my rx be ready. I was told “when you get a text” smirk ? then “we close for lunch now.” I have never gotten this type of tudes here. I don’t know if she was trying to be funny when she said it. But it rubbed me the wrong way. A simple, “we are working on it ma’am and probably in about a hr” anything but the response I got. Really sad cause like I said I really love this Walmart pharmacy!

I wanted to purchase an item and online had a cheaper price. they would not match it, manager on duty offered 10% discount. So i ordered online for pickup. my item was substituted for a less expensive item. I knew product was in the store the previous day. pickup people said I would have to go inside to return item (substituted) and purchase correct item. waste of time plus I paid for item i wanted not cheaper one!!!!!!! I went inside store and found item i BOUGHT and went to service counter. THEY WERE THE ONLY SENSIBLE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH. they helped me out and i was a satisfied customer after way too much effort. IF not for service desk this review would have been no stars!!!!!!

I would give this review a zero if I could. I've been buying my cars batteries here at the cypress Walmart since it opened for a very long time now and I have never experienced the lack and indediferent attitude from two Wal-Mart employees about the battery warranty. Infrida and the manager Hector. In the past I would buy my battery , take it home, install it and later came back with the old for a refund on the core and a partial refund by the warranty. NOW they have some machine where you have to either wait 70 minutes as I was told or come back to determine the warranty. Before they would just look at the date that's printed on the battery and determine the warranty. This is just a harassment to not honor your warranty. Not everyone can take there small amount of free time from there family to come back. Horrible service at this walmart. I will be buying my batteries somewhere else. Companies eventually go under one customer at a time.

Since my husband and I are both sick, I decided to try Walmart's delivery service. I scheduled 3 deliveries and all 3 were delivered to the wrong house. When I talked to Customer Service, one representative blamed it on the store's influx of delivery requests, which seemed an odd excuse for the driver delivering to the wrong house. The second time it happened, the Customer Service representative asked if I could go pick up the items myself from the house where it had been delivered. While on the call regarding the 2nd delivery not being delivered correctly, we discovered that the 3rd delivery also was delivered to the wrong house. So, I canceled both of those deliveries and canceled the delivery service all together. I'm only writing this review so that others are aware. Being sick and having to spend time talking to Customer Service while not getting my groceries has been a bit exhausting. I definitely would not recommend this service.

I was denied a Covid shot by a guy at the pharmacy for not having a health insurance card, he looked like he was bothered by me asking for the shot. When it says free shot and walk ins welcomed. He kept insisting to bring a health insurance card in to get the shot. I didn't get his name but he was not the pharmacist he is a clerk, probably pharmacy tech. Ridiculous.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Terrible service from both an employee named Darious from sporting goods and the supervisor. I had asked for help around 9:40pm on June 6th 2021 and had to wait 30 minutes to get any response. At first we had seen an employee with a name tag named Darious, who was called in the intercom to assist us, and all he did was look at us waiting in sporting goods and walked away taking a cart that was 2 feet away from us. Before we could say anything he just left as quickly as he could. Thinking maybe he'll come back. By the time I decided to leave after constantly asking for assistance I see two employees and the supervisor laughing around and showing each other's phone rather than attending us. Worst of all they where only a couple of feet away seeing how we where still waiting to get attendant. I would think the supervisor would actually show leadership rather than slack off. But it's sad to see what example the supervisor on duty shows to the employees.

Walmart Cypress.... you lost a long time customer today!! You have 16 checkout lanes and only 4 of your SELF checkout lanes were open!! Seriously!! I DONT WORK AT WALMART!!!! I don't want to scan my items! I will be going to HEB from now on!!

I spoke with someone on the phone today around 11:30/11:40am via the curbside number and they were the nicest, most helpful person I've had an encounter with at Walmart- probably ever! They tried multiple solutions to my insurance problem and my insurance finally went through in the end. I usually get the "not my problem" attitude from Walmart but I was pleasantly surprised today. I wish I would've had them spell their name but I think it was Tahu. Very kind, professional and helpful employee!
