This store consistently offers a wonderful shopping experience. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. The selection of products is impressive and well-curated. I brought in sealed, unopened packages for return, but the customer service at this location refused to accept them, stating that Walmart policy doesn’t allow returns from other branches. I contacted Walmart’s main customer service, and they were surprised by this refusal. After they called the store manager on my behalf, the return was finally accepted.

WORST Auto service that someone could go, they are so bad to provide even the simplest services, I’m a walmart plus member, and i took my car to an oil change, they left my engine oil cap unclosed and left it under the hood, so i simply put it back and complained it to them. But my oil level was going down, i didn’t know why and just added oil to maintain the level, thought something wrong with my engine, till i wanted to change the oil and realized they didn’t tighten up the drain bolt, i literally could remove it with my hand. Horrible service, extra disappointed. DO NOT TRUST WALMART AUTO SERVICE AT ALL. Worst services ever. I wish i could give them ZERO star. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

I went because it was said this was the biggest Walmart in America! With the high tech..everything digital and up to date new look. I walked in ready to be impressed….it was like walking into every other Walmart lol

I caught these 2 employees at this location talking ill about customers as well as other employees. Julie here has provided poor service and needs to be re-trained and has a major ego. I'm a fluent spanish speaker and overheard her and another employee Dora. (Not the Explorer) talking trash about people in spanish around people they think aren't listening or don't look like can understand well I did and I made sure to get your names just for this this Walmart needs to step there game on people they hire cause those 2 need to seriously get a grip. But other than that, my experience not including those 2 was pretty good. Hopefully, this shines some light and gets looked at because I know I don't want to shop somewhere. I'm gonna be made fun of just because I look white. Doesn't mean I am.
