Worst customer service. Can't even get someone to talk to about a refinance. You fill out the form online and no one ever calls. You call the main number and no one is ever available to assist. How are they in business? Movin along.

I wish I can give no stars . I’ve been with Wellby BEFORE they became Wellby ! Only get loans through here if yu can pay face value or refinance when it goes into default . That is WELLBY POLICY not the state of Texas . This company is set up for yu to fail in my opinion . For a repossession why can’t the customer pay what’s past due instead of the whole value of the car ?? Yea not fair one bit ! 4 years , 2 vehicles through this company and first time ever with a repo and this is outcome . STRAIGHT TRASH !

Their technology doesn't meet the needs of the modern world, and they can't process checks in a timely manner. Wellby acquired JSC Credit Union, who we originally financed our auto loan with. The last few months have been a nightmare getting payments through. I transferred money to a savings account here, and the full amount isn't available to me. I can't wait to get this loan paid off and never go back.

This review is for the over-the-phone customer service I received when opening a CD. The lady processing my application called, saying more information was needed. When I asked, if she said she couldn't do it via email, which would have been more convenient for me. Instead, I called during my lunch break, and she wasn't available. While I was working, she called me back, and then found out she didn't actually have questions to ask. Then I received a message saying I needed to complete the process in person at a Wellby location. Patricia, at this location, was helpful, and contacted the lady who was processing my application, who never answered. Then Patricia contacted someone else, and they finally finished the process.

I have been with this credit union for many years when it was JSC. I would travel to the other locations, including Park Place and Gemini. Yesterday was my first experience with the Cypress location.
I gave this location 5 Stars because of the professionalism of the staff. Upon entering, the receptionist was smiling as she stood to greet me. She invited me to have a seat and immediately referred me to Jayla.
Jayla was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I was pleased with the attention she provided to make sure I was satisfied.
Thanks to all of the staff at the Cypress location who greeted me with a "hello or smile". Cypress is now my go-to Welby Financial.

Rushed to make it before they closed, was a few minutes late. They saw me rushing in and with a smile on their face were eager to help me!! I cannot thank them enough for being kind and helpful when they didn’t have to. I appreciate you Patricia and Jayla at the cypress location!

Terrible customer service, and predatory lending practices. Purchased GAP insurance through them and my vehicle got totaled, they are slow walking paying off my vehicle even though it was their own policy, they keep the proceeds and file to pay off my loan on a timely manner they were aware the vehicle was a total loss two months prior and my insurance paid their part over 50 days ago. Very incompetent personnel, I asked for the legal department contact information and they refuse to provide it.

I got a Vehicle Loan from Wellby financial for my new car. Evetime time I come to Wellby office inside HEB Spring Cypress, everyone here is always friendly and professional. They help me through all my need. Love their service.

Wellby won't honor a CD rate if the rate changes while paperwork is in progress. So just wastes their time, my time and the time of the other institution that is involved.And that $5 they give you for opening a new membership, they take it back!

Went to this branch for the first time. Nicholas Ferrin was a very big help. Friendly, professional and did what he could to make sure I walked out with what was best for me. Switched my account to one with better returns, got me on a CD account with the best rate available and made me realize I had no beneficiaries listed on accounts. All around great experience ????

Shout out to Nicholas Ferrin! I work with several different banks daily and Nicholas got me the best rate and term possible in this market. Very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Nicholas and Ruby even provided me with a care package + cookies! Nicholas is an outstanding customer service agent. He took over for another agent who was - annoyingly - struggling. Nicholas handled our transaction expertly and listened and fully understood some other issues we had with Wellby.
