The worst service that I've experienced with Wells Fargo. Waited for 30 minutes in the lobby and wasn't acknowledged by not one of the bankers in the building. I finally got up and just walked out. Do yourself a favor and drive to the other side of 290 for Wells Fargo. This location is terrible.

They wouldn't cash my check because my boss wrote it out in two different inks she has a very distinct hand writing and is easily verifiable but they didn't want to do it they judged me as the old lady with blonde hair staring at my tattoos giving me a judgment look as she told me she would not cash my check!! This is exactly why I would never bank with Wells Fargo!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This Wells Fargo location is bigger than some others that I've been to, but they have one of the cleanliest locations I've ever stepped foot into. I don't usually come here except when I'm in the area, but I had some business with the bank and came here to ask for some assistance while shopping near by. Raechell helped me get all the info I needed in order to refinance my mortgage and she was very friendly and helpful with everything. I felt very welcomed. She made my experience very quick and painless. I definitely recommend this location for those who need to go to Wells Fargo and is in the area because there are 2 locations, but I definitely prefer this one to the other. 5 stars for great service!

I usually have good service at this branch, but yesterday someone different came up to me to help me and she talked down to me and talked to me as if I was stupid. I had just come in from a workout at a gym and she treated me like I was not fit to be in their branch. This person was rude. Another branch employee asked me what was wrong despite the fact he was helping other customers and when I explained, he said he would help me when he was done. India, who came up to me originally, came back up to me and called me by name, which I had not originally given her, said she could help me now, despite 5 minutes ago she told me she couldn't help me. Her attitude had miraculously changed. I truly believe if you are in a service oriented job you should be pleasant to all customers despite how they look, not by what they deposit in your bank. I give Omar at this location 5 stars because he had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. India I give no stars to because she flat out told me she couldn't help me with my problem at all. the branch i give 3 stars. I asked to have the branch manager call me regarding this treatment and I haven't heard from her yet.
