Please choose a different bank branch. Ireeti is extremely rude. We made a 4 o'clock appointment to open a new account and she got an attitude cause it's too close to 5 o'clock. I've banked there 22 years but a bad employee can ruin it all, service at McDonald's when it comes to her is better, although I've done millions in transactions. She should probably think about retirement if she has that much hate for customer service

Very pleasant and Professional, Manager Cindy has gone above and beyond to help my clerical errors. I have been with Wells Fargo since they took over Washington Mutual. I would highly recommend them to take care of your banking needs..

They are always very pleasant and helpful. I have had to make appointments to come in the lobby during COVID and it has worked fine.

Every time I’ve come here my experience has been rather pleasant. Recently I had to file a claim because someone gained access to my debit card and pulled money out. Rob helped me through this and had my money returned within the same day. And he helped me with a few other tasks that were necessary. Unlike other Wells Fargo locations, this one has their stuff down, and and they will make sure your problems are dealt with properly, and as fast as possible.

Racially profiled, I'm not sure if it was how I was dressed either but I deposit a check every month here and the teller went to extensive extremes to verify that the check was written to me. Addressed this to the manager and the manager states she cannot tell me exactly why she did this. Will take my business to a different location.

This Wells Fargo gave me awful "help" with the questions and concerns I had regarding student loans. I was lied to and made to believe completely false information by the staff here. Even before all of that, I walked in and a woman asked what I needed assistance with, I said that I needed help with student loan questions and she, very obviously, rolled her eyes and sighed very loud. She got up and talked to a man and said "this girl needs help with loans and someone better do it because I have NO clue"...like, seriously? I will only use this Wells Fargo for the ATM only from here on out. Very disappointing.

HORRIIIBBLLLLEEE I went through the drive through gave the ID and card I ALWAYS do and they couldn't verify me!! I then gave them my ssc, ALLLLL my other cards, check book and they STILLL had a hard time and then had the dang nerve to to ask my address when it's written on the paper and I JUST left my branch and verified it!!! I waited 15 min in the drive through!!!! What a bunch of idiots!!! Total idiots at this location! I'm so annoyed. no other branch has EVER EVER EVER asked for all of that and took that long. Who the heck is going to have ALLLL MY IDS AND CARDS!!!!! You have got to be f ing crazy t ok come to this branch!! A bunch of idiots
