Came here yesterday and had to wait over 10 minutes to get a cashier’s check verified before deposit was made, holding me up. If anything, the check should be deposited and then cleared without me having to wait around. A cashier’s check is one way to help guarantee funds are available, so to verify before depositing seems unnecessary to me. Wasn’t really that put out over it, but it was an inconvenience to me. Now I came back to your bank today to learn that while most other major banks close at 2pm, y’all close at noon on Saturdays. People do have business to conduct on Saturdays still and being that I’ve been with y’all for over 15 years, y’all are one of the largest banking institutions out here… I’m over it! Closing my account so I can find a bank that has a business model that focuses on their clients instead of pinching pennies

Sat in commercial drive through lane for 7 mins before even seeing an employee, no other cars and not a sole insight at 12:50p on a Wed. Front parking lot had barely any cars. Guy shows up and jokingly says he was sorry. Wtf.

We are very grateful for the wonderful customer service provided by personal banker, Chituru Emeshi! She provided my daughter all the knowledge to open a checking account. The front tellers were also helpful and friendly. 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦!

Came in this morning to open a checking and savings account. Ms. Cindy Peyrani is the banker who helped me set everything up. She explained to me all the accounts and what fees may come with it. I am a service member so she explained the Military program to me and what that adds to my account. We looked at my credit and though Wells Fargo doesn't have anything for me, she did recommend to me what I can do to build my credit. She then explained to me what all the forms I signed meant, walked me over to the teller, Christopher, to make my first deposit! I left completely satisfied and excited to start this journey with Wells Fargo. Thank you Cindy and I'll be looking to see you personally every time I come to the branch.

Bad manners. Just walked in and the lady came up to me aggressively very loud and refused to bother to help. She started calling me a name and walked up to me. embarrassed needless to say to how she spoke to me in front of people. Don’t come here unless you have an appointment because they won’t help you.

ATM NEVER works, I stop by here all the time for deposits after hours and it's always broken. How the heck can a ATM not take deposits....so stupid, I can't be full bc I sit behind a line of 6 people withdrawing just to find out deposits are unavailable....what a joke get yalls act together your on a busy intersection on 290 in houston...not out in the sticks with a low population...smh

Customer service needs fixing. Maybe talk to your customers like customers and stop being rude? I will gladly go to a different bank to discuss my banking needs from now on

Horrible bank , no help. They haven't gotten so bad over the years . So many fees and then you get told there are free services but they're not let you access them . Bad experience I want another bank

This review is specific to 17802 Spring Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX 77429. I visited this branch a few weeks back to make a teller withdrawal inside the bank and received incorrect funds in a sealed envelope. My teller was Diego. I instructed him to provide a mix of 1,5,10, and 20 dollar bills. He did not count the change in front of me or use the automatic bill counter behind him to confirm the amount I requested. I also neglected to count the change myself or have it verified before leaving. I opened the envelope at home and I was shorted one $20 bill. The full amount of the withdrawal was posted to my account and I am now out $20. To make matters worse, I filed a claim with the bank and they denied my claim for reimbursement. Being out the $20 is unfortunate and I am disappointed in how my funds were handled by this branch. This transaction left me with a lack of trust for their service. I will not be using this branch in the future, and I encourage anyone that does to have their bills counted and verified to avoid this issue.

I been banking here for over 15 years and always have been treated great. Bank branches can only do what corporate allows them too. But I've never had a problem except once when the drive thru atm wasn't working. I used the outside one in the front instead. Oh how terrible I had to get out of my car lol. Tellers are super friendly too.

I don’t know who I can ask to get a bank statement? I called they said I have to go to the nearest branch and I did to this location and the lady supposed to help me didn’t help at all, she gave me transactions history of my account while I ask for bank statements for the the past 25 days and the latest I have online is for the past month. She said this is the only thing I can get you!! What really?? Then I asked to email it for me she said I CAN’T, I don’t have access to email it for you!! What kind of access do you need mam to email it? What kind of bank is this ?? I need a manager to explain to me what you doing?? At the end she print the transaction to me and said I hop this is help I said I don’t think so she said you have a good day !!!!!
