Not a fan. There's better pharmacies out there, I'm sure. This place was kinda run down, dirty, lacking staff and inventory. Ugh- when you need ping pong balls and donuts on a Sunday morning, this isn't the best destination. The shelves looked kinda bare, and the prices were pretty high- like a 30% markup over normal prices. Yeow. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. This place was difficult to get to, not being able to access from most of the directions to get here due to the curb cuts and medians.

My family has been coming here for years and never had an issue before. I was waiting for my mothers medication for about 25-35 minutes, there's a line and i get they can't rush. The second i get to the window the pharmacist is quickly pulling down the blinds saying they are closed. Are you kidding me? I get wanting to get home but people in the line have been waiting for over half and hour to get their medication. They should at least have someone come out and tell people they are closing instead of having people waiting for absolutely no reason.

I'm really getting sick and tired of driving all the way there for my prescriptions only to find out the pharmacy has closed for a "meal break". Can't they stagger their lunches? It's really not fair to their customers who have to drive all the way back home and back out again when they do decide to reopen. I'm checking if this is the same with CVS. If not, I'm transferring all my perceptions to CVS or HEB. I'm tired of this. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer all my life. Not anymore.

The shelves are not very stocked I was in here 3 weeks ago and they were still empty. They were still empty today. I didn't like the fact that I didn't get a paper receipt. The woman that rang me up was very nice though she will make me come back.

You know how you go somewhere and it is nothing exciting. Well that's going to this Walgreens. I can brows just about anywhere except here. I think Walgreens needs a make over. The aesthetics are very hospital like. I came in for a Rechargeable Silicone Facial Cleanser. I recently purchased a different one from Amazon and I love it. The one here at Walgreens is 1/2 the price and I just wanted it to leave in the shower. (It works very well) I got what I wanted and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I am giving the stars because they had what I wanted. If I need something I will return.

My bf went to get a gift card for Mother's Day and the cashier woman stated his mom should be worth more than the gift card amount. What a rude woman. This just happened at 1:10pm on Mother's Day. Please train this woman properly on her manners.

Do NOT GO HERE EVER. This is THE WORST EVER PHARMACY. Grade F! I rate them -1. Customer service - ZERO! People Skills - ZERO! Compassion and service to people - ZERO. Professionalism - ZERO. Performance - ZERO. Helpfulness - ZERO. Provide patients with information they should know about meds or on their own ask patient if they have any questions before completing transaction - ZERO. Not one single transaction is pleasant. THEY SHOW ZERO CARE. NO ONE CARES. NO ONE THERE IS HAPPY and their misery they emit through their pores. They screw up and take ZERO responsibility and actually place blame on the patient and try forcing patient to fix all the issues. You will literally be told I don't know, I can't help you. Then they stare at you. They won't call insurance or fix their own errors that they placed in their own system. No one else in pharmacy steps in to help with an error or problem. Multiple occasions I had this obnoxious black woman refuse to help and was beyond rude. I literally wanted to climb over that counter and do the job right so I could leave with my needs met. Same with the little snotty Asian. I made them make phone calls to correct their mistakes and to fix the issues and made them put it on speaker phone to illustrate what their job is and yet they failed miserably still. I will never go back. I could share documentation here but I can't due to HIPPA.

They have horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The Asian lady with the bangs is always in a rush, and never has time to help you. She tried to tell me they don't take my insurance at all, because she didn't want to deal with actually doing her job. Guess what they do take my insurance what a shock. The only person who's taken the time to actually help me was the Indian pharmacist. Personally, if there was a closer pharmacy I'd change pharmacies in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, cypress is still growing, and the next Walgreens is 15-20 mins away.

Very upset that pharmacist is making up there own rules about medication. The pharmacist didn't even look at my child's birth date and told me not to give my one year old dairy for four hour intervals. She just made up this information. No where on medication/ instructions did it say no dairy she just came to that conclusion on her own. I then called the pediatrician who stated they have never heard that before for this particular medication. I will be working on reporting her to the state licensing board. Because who knows what else she is making up. Not a safe place to get your medication beware!!

I've always really liked this Walgreens! The store is always clean and put together! The clinic inside has been a life safe so many times. But tonight took the cake for why I love this Walgreens! I recently got dropped from my insurance and my little guy was sick... when I went to pick up his prescription the nice lady behind the desk, Rodesa (spelling) I believe she said her name was took the time to find coupons to bring down the cost! It's been a rough week and she was so sweet!!!

Racial discrimination - My son and I (African-American) walked into your wal-greens location tonight - my expectations was to pickup some money via western union that a family member sent my son - when I reached the counter - no one was there to assist me - after I stood there for a few minutes - I discovered there was a button to click to alert customer service - this guy walks from the back with the mannerism as though he didn't want to assist me - I informed him that I was there to pick up western union - he asked me the amount - I told him - he asked me to type in my number - it showed no one had sent money using that number - after about 3 tries using a different number I informed him that I had a reference number - he immediately said - I would have to call western union to check up on that - I reached out to the person while I was standing there who sent money and they told me that they didn't have to give a phone number to send the money - I told him what they said and he replied we/I had to use a telephone number - he didn't know anything about a reference number - after going back and forward on the phone with the person I was talking to - while I was asking him about the reference number - eventually he offered to call customer service - I asked him why he didn't offer that initially when he saw that the phone number didn't work and when I told him that I had a reference number - he basically told me no phone no pick up - I informed him that the service he was giving me wasn't satisfactory and he immediately asked me to leave or he was going to call the police - I didn't use any profile or derogatory language of any type - I just informed him that his service wasn't satisfactory - I asked him "so you are asking me to leave and saying you're gonna call the police because I said your device isn't satisfactory" - I asked him his managers name which he told me was David Gilliam and he told me his name was Carlos (my son and I left) - after this experience - my wife, myself or any of our friends/relatives will be shopping at this location again. In the end, I feel as though this was race motivated which means I feel as though I was racially discriminated against - my son and I was only coming into your location to pick up a western union transfer and it made our terrible experience. I hate to write bad reviews but I just went to this location for a few necessary items. While checking out, some of the items were ringing up regular price even though they had a sticker below them showing a sale price with a card. Well I used my card but didn't get the sale prices...the stickers could have been old, but the cashier acted like he was brand new and had no clue what to do, not to mention the line was starting to back up. I'm not going to hold up the line to save a few bucks but I definitely recommend better training or having someone on the floor that can go verify sale items.
