I've been banking with Woodforest Bank for a long time, started with them in Dallas Texas, since moving to Cypress Texas, I've received very courteous and efficient service, just to mention Mariah Keyse, who was very courteous and efficient and professional in taking care of my requests. 😇 Thank you so much!!

Today while inside the bank, I overheard a teller on the phone with a customer. Â The teller was speaking in a very soft, helpful voice to a customer who apparently was not understanding what she was trying to explain to them. With the utmost patience, she repeated over and over the same instructions to the customer, changing up her wording a bit to help the customer understand. This went on for well over 40 minutes. This teller's name is MARIAH KEYSE and she is truly the epitome of excellence in customer service! It's because of employees like her that make me stay with Woodforest and recommend this bank to my friends. Give that girl a raise!! She has the patience of a saint!
OLENA is the teller who helped me close a checking account and debit card today and reopen a new account and debit card. It was the first time she had ever done this and I was very impressed with how well she handled it. (Mariah was helping her) Her main goal, it seemed to me, was to make sure she had done everything correctly and accurately. With determination and perseverance she took care of what I needed. Thank you, OLENA, for an exemplary job. I was completely satisfied and confident when I left the bank!

Mom Duke bank She was here handling her business. This is her bank of choice,very convenient for her financial needs. Right around the corner in the neighborhood. Seems like a nice bank not too much of a busy institution, more of a in and out situation. If I ever have banking problems or a checking account that I might consider getting I would definitely look into Woodforest National Bank!
