Terrible customer service. The moment I walk in the 3 employees continued their personal conversations with each other. When I asked if they can help, they just stared without offering to help. One lady reluctantly came forward with a big, bad attitude and asked what I needed. She couldn't even access my account properly with her extremely long, done up nails. I couldn't take her rudeness anymore and said thank you and walked out and hired a different internet company.

Don’t even know where to begin.
I recently moved and was going to switch to at&t due to the poor performance I had with xfinity but they promised me new and better equipment if I stuck with them.
Since I moved and cancelled the service for my old house they have continued to bill me for my old house and my new house even though I have spent countless hours talking to different representatives each promising to fix the issue.
To top it all off they are harassing me saying I need to return my old equipment (which I’m still being charged for) even though I swapped it out for the new equipment months ago. They are either very unorganized or just straight up scammers

Big thanks to the Xfinity team—Keyshia, Cris, Alicia, Diego, and Halie. Each one of them was patient, helpful, and genuinely kind through the whole process. It’s rare to come across a team that actually listens and follows through, but they did exactly that. Really appreciate the support and how smooth they made everything. Y’all were great!

Gentleman that helped us was good but the manager on the other hand could have acted like he care when his employee was asking for help

Rude and inexperienced staff, especially the manager. I canceled all of my services because of how they treated our family.

After three trips in five days to this store and another four hours with tech support I would say their customer service was less than adequate. One representative was helpful in getting my wifi rate lowered after Xfinity had raised it $60. Two other representatives were more interested in telling me what I did wrong than fixing the problem. I still have to return equipment that apparently failed during this ordeal. I have been an Xfinity customer since I moved to the Houston area, but apparently that has no value.

Just came by on 7/31 around 1:30 pm and had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Keisha attempted to assist me with returning our xfinity devices and I also needed to cancel our account. She was on the phone the whole time doing whatever else and was extremely rude. I had my 2yo (in a carrier) and it’s like she just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible and didn’t even bother to answer my questions. After she went to the back I asked one of the other employees working Rafael to please verify that’s all I needed and he was being very nice and about to pull up my account when she came out of the back still on the phone and talked over me to tell him she’d already done it. Truly astonished at her lack of customer service persona.

I always wondered why are they still keeping these stores open. At this particular location the employees are are useful as a concrete parachute. Not even the slightest hint of intention to help. Lost, clueless, bored, arrogant, ignorant service. Xfinity used to be a phenomenal company….now they are getting worse than ATT ….and I thought that nobody can be worse than ATT….but definitely Comcast is going into a nose diving direction. Such a shame. Again , they used to be a great, great company.

I came in 7/20 around 6:45 p.m. with an iPhone that was stuck in an update phase or something weird so I needed a new phone.
Charles helped me out through most of the process and was super helpful and patient. Once it reached 7:30 p.m. or so, Harry relieved Charles. Both of these guys were a tremendous help and showed great patience and customer service throughout the whole time. I can’t thank those two guys enough for getting me back in action with a new phone.

Xfinity has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to talk with an agent with Xfinity but get told that we are not able to because there is an outage due to severe weather. The severe weather has been over for several days now. When the Hurricane came through I didn't lose Internet until the next day. The biggest thing is that I am not able to speak with someone. I did have supposedly a live person that was texting with me but he said there was an outage and then ended the texting. Then when I try to call back Xfinity basically have blocked my number and will not let me talk to anyone. After this treatment I will be looking for a new Internet company. Plus I will make sure I tell as many people as I can on how poorly I have been treated. Xfinity only treats you as a number on a spreadsheet. Definitely not like an actual person.
