Walked through the door, looked me up and down as I said I wanted a pedi and manicure. There was a man who I don’t “think” is getting his nails done and a woman being serviced. Usually I’m told the wait time is 30, 40 or more minutes. Just a straight flat out no. I’ve heard about them and I am a black woman. I rarely get my nails done, just wanted to do something. I’ve never been turned away though especially when you’re not even close to closing. Will never be back and will spread the word.

Refused to see me after they told me to come in at a specific time. They said they couldn’t schedule me because I was a new client and they couldn’t be sure I’d show up. Well I did show up, at the specified time and they denied me service. I guess they don’t want any more clients than what they have.

I just walked in and she looked me up and down and said she can’t help me. Only one person in the chair and got like 3 hours before close time. I’m black of course and I believe she looked at me and said nope smh. That’s ok don’t ever worry about me coming back. 0 stars

They always do good work; they don't overbook, so there's never a long wait, if any at all, they don't talk you to death while you're enjoying your relaxing pedicure, and they have soothing music playing thar helps relaxation. I highly recommend them.

I walked in and asked for a pedicure and was told, “we can’t help you sorry” no explanation. There were two workers and only one customer. I assume it was because i didn’t look like their preferred customers. Would give 0 stars if i could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are of the African American descent.
