“Unfortunately, my husband and I had to take his pug to the vet to be put down. When I tell you that these are seriously some of the nicest, most caring and understanding people I have ever come across! They had to deal with months of my husband calling to make appointments and then having to change them (for various reasons). When we finally brought her in Monday for her procedure, from walking in all the way through, it was handled so professionally and with so much kindness. My husband had had this dog since she was a puppy and he doesn’t have any children of his own, so this dog was like his daughter (in a way). I had called ahead to have the process explained to me so that I could explain it to him, but I really didn’t need to. The vet techs and even the vet himself explained everything every step of the way. When it finally came time, it was handed with such grace and professionalism. My husband, understandably, was distraught, so I was the strong one that day, but, honestly the procedure could not have been handled better. We will definitely use Dr. Robinson and co. again and I would highly recommend anyone in the area use them too.”
