“Andy is truly a saint. We broke down on a long road trip from arkansas and were not sure where to even start with fixing our car. With it being a Sunday all the body shops were closed. We went to O’Reilly just hoping that someone could help. Andy was off this day but happened to be in the store and spent the next THREE hours fixing our car enough to drive it to a hotel for the night and drive to a body shop the next morning. He even hooked us up with a local mechanic who even gave us a ride all the way to Amarillo for a rental. This town is full of kind people who helped us on a very low day”

“Felipe was able to get me right in. Luis, Ramon and Roy were also very pleasant and helpful. This would have been 5 stars except for one big thing. The person that road tested my truck left the key in the on position and left a light on in the bunk. When came to get it 5 days later, the batteries were dead. Had to put a charger on the truck and jump it. Batteries are damaged from this and drain very fast if the truck isn’t running.”
