These guys helped us so much when our truck started over heating and out radiator cracked. They worked with a local mechanic to get us a new radiator almost 45 miles away.

OK but guys.... 5 minutes before they close I run in in a panic and Shellie and Kelton become my saviors. My battery had started leaking in the middle of a road trip and they helped me get it replaced and handled all the battery acid and everything for me while I dealt with my children. I don't know how to express my gratitude. The staff here are fantastic and helpful people and you should definitely support Shellie and Kelton here if you can!

Overheated coming back from Angel Fire and limped into Dalhart to this O'Reillys. One of their employees came out to help us with our issue, spending probably an hour of his time after his shift was over. Offered him a tip which he refused. He said he just enjoys helping people. Unfortunately it turned out we had a worse issue than we thought which required deeper repair. Another Dalhart resident who was there put us in touch with Advanced Auto Repair who helped us tremendously. 5 star rating is for O'Reillys having quality employees! While spending a day in Dalhart we met nothing but good, kind, generous quality people. Yall represent your town very well and we very much appreciate you!

One star is a lot. All those who serve are bad people, I took 2 batteries to charge and they told me that they were not valid so I should buy both, just use one and they did not want to change the other one now what do I do with one battery

Andy is truly a saint. We broke down on a long road trip from arkansas and were not sure where to even start with fixing our car. With it being a Sunday all the body shops were closed. We went to O’Reilly just hoping that someone could help. Andy was off this day but happened to be in the store and spent the next THREE hours fixing our car enough to drive it to a hotel for the night and drive to a body shop the next morning. He even hooked us up with a local mechanic who even gave us a ride all the way to Amarillo for a rental. This town is full of kind people who helped us on a very low day
