I stay in hotels,while I'm on the road so I'm very cautious .This was my first stay at Xit Ranch .The Manager was friendly , my room was clean and comfortable, everything was excellent. I had a great stay!!! ThankWalkability: Near by convenients store , Subway accosts the way , friendly towns people.

NO ice no breakfast no deals and was $85 per night. Said they just remodeled rooms, however there were dead bugs all over the room just dont!

Very nice remodeled rooms, super friendly owners/managers. No problems at all, stayed here 10 days total so far and plan to stay more.

Charged me 2× for a room. Went to go get taco bell came back piled covers and seen roaches. Other bed someone had slept in it

It's a small comfy room everything was neat and cleaned. It has a small microwave and fridge there is also a coffee maker.

On first sight this place was scary i have to admit.
Apparently they are remodeling.
We were pleasantly surprised how nice these rooms were. Clean.. spacious. Microwave and fridge..all you could ask for in a motel.
Pet friendly.
I will as truck driver HIGHLY recommend this place.. staff was very freindly.
Mind you i should've taken photos when we check in. Very clean.. these are on the way out the door. After a very peaceful quiet well needed rest.

Great little motel, dont expect too much but the staff was friendly and the AC worked well. They are indeed remodeling. The traffic from the nearby intersection and railroad tracks was surprisingly quieter than I thought it would be through the night. The nearby Texas Ranch is a nice place to get a drink. The gas station across the street has everything you may need in your travels.
