I have never been so disgusted by what I just witnessed. I was about to take shower when horrible smell of the dump sitting in a corner of the shower stall hit me. How? Why? Who? I have so many questions and concerns. I don’t even know where to start. Is this why 24hr is going bankrupt? Does management care? If you’re the manager of this facility and you let this sort of think happen on the regular. You should look for another job. To my surprise I was told in the front counter that this is a recurring thing. You obviously don’t have enough cleaning crew. For the love of all things get your dumps together….. PS next time I’m posting pictures of said dumps.

The dirtiest gym in the area, the men’s bathrooms stink and there is always garbage everywhere, the body pump area is cleaner on the street than in there, this gym needs a manager and employees who takes care of ?????

This already isn’t the cleanest or nicest 24 but today was absolutely ridiculous. The women’s locker room was filthy, random trash all over the place and the benches were gross. It also smelled like urine… like all around the gym and at the entrance of the women’s locker room. Yikes.

The facility is koo. However, I’m not a fan of how nasty, the women’s, locker room is at 5am. There were piles of hair, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped; just unattractive. It was so bad I didn’t want to put my feet in my shoes because my socks had touched the ground. I changed my socks before putting my shoes on. I will edit this post Monday with pictures. I didn’t get a chance to take any today.

I’ve always loved 24 hour fitness. When I visit this location I fell in love with the neatness of this club. I started to love it when I saw there was machines like the Skierg, assault bike and rowers I could use for a race. This year I wanted to prep for the same race yet the bike was thrown in the cycling room with no access. The Skierg facing the wall where you would be in front of everyone bending. Is there any way to even organize the cycle room to have access to the fan bike and move those machines toward the turf like before???

I've been a loyal member of this gym for quite some time, but I must express my disappointment with the current cleanliness standards. During my recent visits, I couldn't help but notice several areas that were unkempt and unclean.

This 24-Hour Fitness has a lot of plusses. Membership is cheap and the staff is friendly. The weight-room/cardio-machine area is HUGE, many-mirrored, and well-lit. The pool is good and there’s a jacuzzi next to both hot and dry saunas on the deck. The MASSIVE downsides include the woeful design of the locker rooms — they really leave no space to sit down. There’s too many lockers built around too few, close-in, tiny benches. And everything seems irresponsibly maintained. On the dude’s side, it’s like walking into the bedroom of a 13-year-old: trash lies about everywhere amidst abandoned socks, underwear, and shoes as some man-child broadcasts his music for all to hear. Meanwhile, the staff outside don’t seem particularly busy with anything or have any inclination to correct the nearby disaster. (I’ve taken to prompting them from time to time!) In addition to that, things like faucets and drinking fountains seem to stay broken for weeks. Do a better job, 24-Hour!!!

It may be the downfall of humanity but a person can sit on equipment for 40 min playing on their phones. 10 sec rep and 15 min phone time. I don't understand why employees don't do something. I don't k ow why people here are disrespectful and have no manners. The place is fine and offers what you need but the people.

I walked in with a free 3 day pass and was turned away. I was told it was going to be $25 for the day. They did not let me even try the gym because I did not want to sign up immediately. This place had terrible customer service.

This place is absolutely horrible EXTREMELY HORRIBLE THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ATTEND THIS GYM WARNING YOU WILL GET ROBBED HERE!!!!! They rob so many people here and they don’t care about you here I’ve never felt so judged and uncared or ever in my life please stay as far away from this gym as possible the machines are always broken too that’s another reflection of the manager not putting in time to fix things they don’t care at all so why come here

Machines and benches are getting old (cushions cracking, not fully attached...etc)and they can be out for a while. They need to invest in their equipment badly. Also, they are cheap with ac in the summer and heating in the winter. Overall, it's probably worth $10-$15 a month membership if you can get it, but not $40-$50.

They don't honor 3 day trial passes that are offered on their site. I've been going to gyms for 15 years and have never been turned down for a trial pass. Especially one that I was able to signup for online. I saw all of the bad reviews online and still decided to give it a shot. I go to the site, sign up for the trial pass and head there to atleast see what it's like because it's really close to my new place. Guy at the front desk stops me at the kiosk to tell me that right now they're only doing (25 Dollar!!!!) Day passes because it's the new year and blah blah blah. There's literally no good reason to deny a trial pass. Especially at the new year when you get the most traffic and have the opportunity to make the most money. If it was a capacity issue, then you wouldn't offer a 25 dollar day pass. Totally pathetic. Don't waste your time.
