I ordered through the 7-Eleven app to get my order delivered. They supposedly canceled my order and told four different Uber drivers that they've canceled my order and they will not be able to help which is not the truth. I don't know if they're trying to scam people out of their money this is the worst 7-Eleven I've come across. Rude dishonest people that don't even answer the phone

Wouldn’t let me and two other guys into the store. This location is supposed to be open 24 hours and they locked the doors a few minutes before midnight. Ridiculous

This is the worst 7-11 I’ve been to. They’re supposed to be open 24-hours but they always close around 1 am and don’t open until 5 am.

Yeah, so Easter Sunday so now had a process issue I go to pick up my order. The employee tells me that I understand the scam.
Meanwhile, there is an app in being a 7+ member I genuinely feel not appreciated
To be disrespected in such a manner
But 7-Eleven customer service was actually reasonable with this situation after they realize it was a system issue

! Attention! This establishment should be avoided at all costs especially if you're of African American descents! I've never had a positive experience at this location and last night was the complete worse :-( One of the workers actually pulled a gun on me as I stood outside waiting on my Uber. Guilty by association I guess. Because according to them all black people know each other I guess maybe. He had no reason and I gave him no reason to approach me with gun in hand :-(THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN UNTIL THEY EITHER GET NEW OWNERS OR NEW WORKERS

24/7 ??? i think not on at least three different occasions of me trying to come after working a late night I’ve tried to come to this location and several times the door is locked with the sign on the window “sorry system down “if the system down every night then we need to close this location at 10 o’clock and not promote 24 seven service this is ridiculous
