First and last time I'll be visiting this 7-Eleven. Although I am a loyal 7-Eleven customer and go out of my way to shop and buy gas at 7-Eleven, he charged me 79 cents for a cup of ice (in my own cup!), explaining to the lady behind me that it was only because I wasn't a regular customer. I was also purchasing something else, so it wasn't like I just came in the store for ice. One great way to guarantee the loss of a customer from the outset. I'll never be back.

On two separate locations, I have been disrespected by the late male workers at this location. The incident, I watched two white people be given access to come inside as several minority people, myself included were not allowed to come. Upon being questioned as to why they were allowed access and we were not, the cashier was not able to give an answer and even allowed the white guest to get an item without paying. (I know this because I watched from outside the glass door and there was no exchange of funds.)I visited the location to speak with the manager. He assured that the employee had ill intent.I visited again because this location is literally less than half a mile from where I live and it has been a convenience to use. However, today, that same employee was there and I experienced more disrespect at the location, but with a second employee. While trying to complete a WIPS payment, I was told that the amount I requested ($1300) was not possible although I had proof (see attached) that it was. Then upon, needing $4 in cash to pay the service fee, I went to the car to get the additional funds and was told that since I canceled my payment the system would not allow me to try again.In addition to the rudeness of the clerk, I think what is so upsetting is the blatant lies that I was told. I've used the WIPS system at several locations and have had to cancel and retry payments. There's never been a problem. I know the employee deliberately refused my service because before the cancellation occurred he told me that a retry wasn't possible. And then of course, used this as an excuse when I asked him to reattempt.This location used to be nice and I enjoy the daytime workers but the night time has to go.

This is a good location for the 7-Eleven because the nearest 7-Eleven we will have to go all the way to Lovers Lane.

I concur with the previous comments - not a safe place to get gas. I was accosted by others - one showed me his inmate badge.

Scary and never feel safe going in this location. This location is losing ALL of its business to the Murphy across the street. The heckling is non stop and no one feels safe going in.

At 10:30pm on a Wednesday night I stopped for gas here on the way to the airport which is two minutes away. From the time I got out of the car, before I even started pumping gas, three separate homeless people came up to me wanting something. The parking lot had a bunch of shady characters. I walked in and told the clerk about this so that I could pump my gas. He didn’t do anything accept say if he sees someone come up to me he will tell them. I said the parking lot is filled with them. He didn’t care. This place is totally sketchy. Gas price is good but it’s not safe. Go to the nearby QT where they care about the customers’ safety.

It's already upsetting that some of the workers there are rude, but why is the individual cereal open? I purchased 3... one of them was cracked and I didn't realize it until the milk started pouring out the bottom. Then the 2nd one was opened at the top, and I refuse to take it back, they always argue with you even with a receipt... wish they would tear the whole thing down and start over...

Service was good but I got the mini tacos that must have been sitting there all day. The meat was like beef jerky inside total waste of money. The food is usually good and the attendant should have known those tacos were old.

Went in to get gas and there was a line....one lady came after me and then the wasn’t anyone else in line after that...the cashier was working one register but when he got to me I asked for $25 in gas and attempted to get to my 7-11 app then to pay with ApplePay. Because it’s a pandemic and we are required to wear mask using face recognition is kind of difficult so you have to put in your password ...It took me all of 7 seconds but then he called the next customer to the other register. The cashier told me I was taking too long when I stated that I needed him to scan my app. I told him that he was being rude and ask where his manager was and what was his name he told me that he would not tell me his name and that I can call the manager or the owner or whoever and it’s not gonna matter he is not gonna do anything. So I got my receipt and I turned my video on to record what he was saying at that point he told me to leave and then he wouldn’t repeat what he said earlier thought I am pretty sure there are cameras in the store. I will write a formal complaint to company or the franchise owner of store. The rude cashier does NOT need to be working with the public. Now I chose this 7-11 over going to Murphy’s because the morning cashiers are real pleasant… This is even though there are multiple crackheads outside the store asking for money… But that was my LAST TIME GOING THERE!!!
