This store is a pocket of hell manifested on Earth to be honest. Last night, I bought a phone charger that completely didn't work, went back for a refund as soon as I saw it didn't work. The employee who sold it to me told me he wasn't allowed to process refunds and to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager.
Spoke to the manager who is always generally rude and dismissive. Honestly, I sympathize given the unsafe feeling of this part of downtown and how irate customers can be, but her attitude is just poor with anyone. I've only been a nice and frequent customer.
Anyway, she printed me off a receipt, flippantly pointed to the bottom of it and turned her back on me while we were still speaking. I asked her to tell me what she was even pointing out as she did it too quickly and she said "Electronics are final sale."
I wasn't told that before I bought it but honestly, I've never bought an item that didn't work on the very first use so I was just sold something faulty to begin with. I told her "But it didn't even work at all."
She shrugged her shoulders. This isn't how I was raised. This isn't how you treat people. I am incredibly disappointed and I deserve a refund.

Guy behind the counter had the beer locked and then wants to get mad when I come ask for drinks. "Be prepared" is horrible customer service. Around 7pm he felt the need to verbally attack me for no reason

Avoid Visiting Between 1 AM and 4 AM
If you’re planning to visit this store, avoid the hours between 1 AM and 4 AM. They frequently close without notice during this time, despite the “Open” sign being lit.
Serious Concerns About the Night Shift
The night shift raises major issues. Cashiers working during these hours often seem impaired and unprofessional, reportedly engaging in drug use while on duty. Basic hygiene also appears to be neglected, creating an unpleasant experience for customers.
Store Condition
While the store itself is reasonably clean for a gas station, there are notable problems, such as the door occasionally hanging off its hinges.
Daytime Positives
In contrast, the daytime experience is much better. Cashiers during the day are friendly, efficient, and keep the store well-stocked. There’s rarely a line, making it convenient for daytime visits.
Final Thoughts
It’s unfortunate the same standards aren’t upheld during the night shift, as the daytime service sets a much better example.

Terrible customer service, the man who runs the store on Sunday afternoons is very rude. He threw the coins on the floor and kicked me out of the store just for waiting a few minutes while I checked something on my cell phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I know people need jobs but damn. Clerk literally yelling that he has to pee and rushing people along.

We wonder if the homeless have taken power in this grocery store... to urgently avoid neglected staff and more than doubtful "customers"...

If 7-Eleven AT 211 North Ervay, Dallas, TX 75201 is no longer willing to accommodate people with disabilities such as Hearing Impairment / Deafness please respond to this post and let that be known to the public so they are aware. On 4/16/24 around 7:45pm my friend who happens to suffer from hearing loss decided to stop in for a few snacks, he proceed to use his IPHONE to communicate with me what type of hot food he wanted. When I noticed he was being undeceive and the line started to grow I told him step back for a second and let the people behind him checkout. Once the line was cleared he decided he wanted chips and a hot dog. The worker a very rude female African American woman stated that if we wanted to text we should go outside and we had been in the store about 5 minutes without making a purchase. I advised her just out of curiosity that he was indeed deaf and the device he was using was designed for people with hearing disabilities. She stated that she did not care, she was no longer going to service us and asked us to leave. If this worker cannot exhibit the proper decorum to patrons with or without disabilities, she should not be working front end customer service. Please contact me about this as this cannot be the norm for me or any other customer that decides to patronize franchise or corporate 7-Eleven stores.
