I frequent this 7-Eleven regularly as it is close to where I live, near the St Paul train station. On this particular evening the store clerk would not allow me entry. He asserted I had done something wrong the previous night. Oddly enough I have been out of town for several weeks nor do I act inappropriately. I feel disrespect and will be taking my business elsewhere. It seems to be the normal operating procedures at this location to openly disrespect customers, while maintaining one of the most unsanitary store environments I have ever seen. I will be reaching out to the corporate office to shed some light on this location which I feel is tarnishing the 7-Eleven image. If I could give a negative rating it would be well deserved and issued to the store level management and 7-Eleven corporate for allowing this operator to conduct business.

Supposed to be open on Sunday. Not very convenient for a convenience store.

Was waiting inside for the rail cause being out late at night is disturbing with the amount of crime that is happening outside. The lady said that I was loitering (I literally bought something while I was waiting for the rail) and said I had to leave! Horrible customer service! Not coming back to this 7-11! What a disgrace!

So i go here to get something to snack on and bought some sliders I asked to use the stores microwave and the cashier behind the counter took my sliders thru in microwave behind the counter once the was done after about 5 minutes I excused him and told him my train was coming,
Tell me why the cashier gave me back the hot box of sliders he overcooked them to the point they were rock hard, smfh,
I also used my phone number to collect points, tell me why I had 830 before and I NEVER use my points bcuz I never get enough I seen other reviews as well where 7-eleven is stealing points and got giving points correctly, now I have 408, 🤔
I'm actually glad 7-eleven is closing 400 of their locations in Texas, this is the worst and most disrespectful foreign business ever!!!
I have met some of the most rudest Indian and central Africa and some Ethiopians like judgmental, don't follow American rules or laws and scammers,
So good riddance

Made a purchase at this atore this morning and phone number does not get answered when you call the store. I made a purchase of coffee creamer and a tall can of Dr Pepper this morning and a big black man was the cashier. He is always professional and polite. For whatever reason my Dr Pepper never made it into my bag. I tried to call the store but no one ever answers. I just want what I purchased. Abraham, the owner.”, should do better. He literal ignores his regular customers because he is too busy policing the homeless patrons that utilize his store. He has been in this neighborhood too long not to have a great rapport with his regular customers. Shame on you Abraham.

Me and my girlfriend were staying at the Hilton Garden inn in Dallas Saturday night and we wanted a late night snack so we walked across the street to the 7/11 and bought two packs of the spicy pickle slices, hers were fine but mine tasted pungent and had a white chunky substance throughout which my girlfriend said tasted like human semen, i then became nauseated and vomited multiple times throughout the night, instead of being apologized to when calling the corporate line, I was told I would have to call the store directly and file an insurance claim, I don’t have time for this, I just don’t want anyone else to become sick

I want to give no Stars. Owner just tried to charge me for Big Gulp when I ask for a Slurpee. Then got mad and kicked me out when I ask why he was charging for a more expensive item. They lock the the food and follow you around the store. It smell like the pipe in the restroom are bad. They don’t treat customers like customers but criminals. Shut this store down. Stay Away

7-Eleven Stores are open 21-22 hrs a day. 24/7 is false advertising.

The manager at this 7-Eleven says that I can only get $10 cash back on my debit card purchase once in a life time.
That I must use the ATM instead.
If I could give this 7 1l at Akard zero stars I would.
This is the worst place to stop and get something from a from a convenience store.
I highly recommend not coming here.
