Absolutely disgusting, smells of moldy mops, coffee and fountain drink areas are filthy. Floors are filthy, NO COFFEE AVAILABLE AT 0330 in the morning!?!?!? No Diet Coke or diet Dr Pepper on fountain.Clerk could care less, dude is either super tired or stoned out of his gourd. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Horrible service and rude cashier. The cashier was ringing up items as misc grocery to avoid selling them for the sale price, charge extra for a straw, and rang up my Big Gulp drink as a Slurpee. When I commented on the prices being wrong and told him I would just take the drink, he threatened to call the police because he said I would be stealing the chips, even though I specifically said to take them off because I would be leaving them there since he was charging me double the price for them anyway.
At the end of it, I ended up paying $10 for what should've been around $6 and spent five minutes getting talked down to and yelled at. I will NEVER come back to this specific location.

This was single handley the most disgusting Convenient store bathroom I've ever been to. First the door seemed locked and the Cashier said, if he came over there and the door was unlocked, that he was going to charge me $5. Then I actually got to the bathroom. It was so dirty, there was toilet paper everywhere, pee on the toilet seat, the sink was extremely dirty. The only soap they had was two TINY little bars, ones you'd get from a motel room. There was also a hand sanitizer, it was broken and empty. The actual store was okay, but I won't recommend the bathrooms.

So I work up the street and don’t usually get out until 1:45 sometimes 2am and normally I come to this store and the girl who’s USUALLY here let’s me get my gas at this time and the couple things I need and I go about my business but tonight there is a different person working and it’s about 2am there’s nobody else here and she’s not doing much of anything but tells me they’re closed. Can’t get gas, water & a couple snacks like I usually do at this location after work, at least twice a week. This has never been an issue before and if the business claims to be open 24hrs of the day, they should be open 24hrs. Not 22 or 23. It’s false advertising, misleading and honestly annoying when people see it’s says “24 hrs confirmed by business 10 weeks ago” and we go to the store and it’s not actually open. If your store closes at a certain time then there should be a sign and you shouldn’t confirm with Google that it a 24 hr store because it isn’t.

Their public restroom is 'out of service', bad service, and the area made us feel rather unsafe. We simply parked, walked in, walked out unhappily, and drove somewhere else with our full bladders and wallets.

Whoever is working there at 11:50 on Wednesday nights Needs to be fired immediately! I go in there to get some gas and A drink. I notice a man in line as I’m walking to the line and the store worker on his phone paying the man no attention. I stand there for a second hoping that it’s a quick text who knows it could be an emergency. I said my drink down and I guess he is scared on the night shift because the worker jumps and starts to take care of the customer in front of me. After he takes the money he looks at me and says I could have broken the counter doing that and it was disrespectful. I politely told him that I didn’t mean to slam my can down but it’s very disrespectful to have people waiting while you’re on the phone texting for no matter the reason. Customer service comes first in a customer service job. I was told to leave and never come back but that’s not much thing because I never planned on coming back after that rude experience. Everyone else I have dealt with there is extremely polite and positive. His and my first interaction when I walked in the store that night was positive until I “aggressively” set my can down. VERY VERY unprofessional And I will be telling everyone I know at my company and anyone around to not go to that location but go to the one next to the American Airlines center if they want a positive experience when spending their money!!!

Went in to use the restroom, found it and asked for the key from the previous occupant when they exited from the restroom, they told me I had to ask the attendant. Followed the lady to the front and as she was handed the key, asked her twice for it so I could use the restroom. She ignored me blatantly both times, and realizing she may think me rude for not waiting line, went to the back. After waiting behind the four customers in line, she asked me to wait until the rest of the customers behind me were checked out before getting the key that was sitting six inches from her left hand. I waited and she gave me the key. After using the restroom I bought stuff and left and was served normally. Very frustrating experience when you have to use the restroom extremely bad and don't wish to be rude.
