I just left this 711 at 8:30pm. I walked to the back to get a drink. When I heard a squeal and saw a large rat run across the floor and run underneath the frozen food I told the manager and cashier. They did not care at all.

We are Exxon Rewards members and this location will not allow customers to utilize their rewards points.We have always been 711 customers -so it’s really sad to see a great company so poorly represented. The staff refuse to communicate with customers as well. I’ve come in before and asked a question before paying and they just point to the card reader -despite my question being about something else. Frustrating. If there was another gas station near our home, we’d never go here (safety and customer service is not present here).

Always get a receipt and check your bank account. The cashiers that work the evening are shady and are crooks. They double charged me for a gas purchase I made. No class or decency at all.

This location is often very trashy. There are homeless people hanging outside, which doesn't bother me. Inside the shop it's almost always unclean; nasty floors; sometimes puddles of stagnant water in spots; broken glass beverage cooler door for over a month? There is never any fresh pizza, or any hot food when the men are working (they just chat with each other in Amharic) E.G.- ignoring the customers, store cleanliness, any prepared food, and any questions. They're simply ambivalent to everything they're expected to do there, or, as with the older dude, smoking a cigarette outside, always seems to resent being there. Always out of pizza with him there. On the other hand, if you catch the women working there then it's not as bad, and they pay attention to the jig food being available and not crap that's been under a heat lamp for 6 hours and gross. Avoid for the most part.
