You have lost business due to reviews claiming you aren’t open 24/7. You have done ZERO to improve this such as, just possibly, STAYING OPEN 24/7 LIKE BASICALLY ALL 7-ELEVENS. My friends talk about the “hillbilly logic” of Dallas and, well, y’all prove it. Do you know what 24/7 means?

I really don't understand why they won't ask people of your not getting gas stop talking lunch break in the fule line now your not the only one QT is the same way people are trying to get gas half the pump is full there in the eating FIX IT

I witnessed an employee forcefully prevent a man in a wheelchair from entering the store to buy food, despite the man clearly showing he had money. The worker held the door shut, claiming the store was closed, even though four people were still inside shopping. Avoid this place. It's one thing to turn away loiterers, but to physically block someone who clearly has the means to make a purchase is beyond sad.

I am no longer spending anymore money at this 7/11.I can actually stop spending any money at all the 7/11 stores.I tried to use the restroom here.Was stopped by staff when I tried.They had the Restroom Hallway blocked off.I asked why.The staff said Managers orders.Then ignored me, but was ready to ring up my items.Nope.

Looked on Apple Maps and on google, both of which assured that this place was open 24/7. Which is why I decided to walk the mile or so from the Renaissance Dallas hotel I am staying at, however when I arrived I at 1:45 am I saw two workers inside, so I went to open the doors and both of them were locked. The workers ignored me for 10 minutes then finally said we are closed until 6 am. So I walked all the way back to my hotel. Waste of time.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!

This place is not 24/7. NONE OF THE 711s in the DALLAS AREA ARE. NOT ONE gas station near the Children's hospital is open past midnight. That is not helpful at all.

They close randomly. With no note. Even tho they claim to be 24hrs. They seem more interested in hanging out then serving customers.

Caucasian Employee was rude then when I told him about his attitude he calmed down but he didn't give me all my change back. Make sure u count before leaving store. Indian employee question me about ice cream bar when I had already put it back. Will not be spending anymore money here.
