Horrible service cashiers are very rude!! I had a coupon for Marlboro products and I tried to use it and the cashier on duty was very rude told me In an aggressive manner that they didn’t accept coupons, no big deal it’s just the way they treat and speak to you as a customer, poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!

They’re not 24/7. Should really adjust the hours of operation on Google Maps, otherwise if you try entering some goofball is just going to awkwardly look at you until you go away.

Worst customer service, cashier saw me put my number in caught attitude when I said your Gatorade are 2 for 5, she stated not the flavor you have sign says Gatorade’s! You have the sale signs all over the Gatorade lines! I’m a customer service manager, it was the attitude for me and the poorly way handled the mistake was on the store! Price should’ve been modified to keep client happy! But not everyone has good customer service! Sure this message might not mean much to them DO BETTER! Train better! Your employee was working on Thursday March 27, @ 8:30 am didn’t get her name she wasn’t wearing a badge! And wouldn’t give it when asked!

This store is the absolute worst store. They rarely have pizza in stock, and have only gotten maybe 10% of my orders correct over the past year. Sometimes I will wait until 11pm to get delivery from the store on Galloway.

I concur with the assessment that this particular 7-Eleven location provides a consistently subpar experience. The issues of understocked shelves, expired or near-expired products, lack of cleanliness, and indifferent staff contribute to a disappointing level of service and detract from the convenience one expects from such an establishment. Alternative options in the vicinity are indeed preferable.

This 7-Eleven consistently disappoints. The shelves are often sparsely stocked, leaving me searching for basic items like milk or bread. What *is* on the shelves is frequently close to its expiration date, a gamble I'm not willing to take. The store itself isn't the cleanest; spills seem to linger, and the floors could definitely use more attention. The staff, while not outright rude, seem perpetually disinterested and rarely offer a greeting or even eye contact. For a convenience store, it's remarkably inconvenient. There are other options nearby, and I'd strongly recommend exploring them before settling for this subpar 7-Eleven.

Normal 7-11 experience. The store was nice and clean. The drinks, candy,snacks, and misc items were stocked well. The fountain drink section is clean and all the cooked, ready to eat foods they offer( like pizza, Hot dogs ?, sausage dogs, wings and other items look and seam to be fresh, atleast my hot dog was. The restroom was clean and available to customers. Plenty of pumps, a few with diesel fuel. I like the Amazon pick up storage center at alot of 7-11s, unfortunately I do not believe this location had one. The air compressor machine did work for a dollar, credit cards are $2 I believe.

Lies they are not open 24 hours
It’s 3am and they are not open this is like the 10th time they close for a couple of hours . Every time I am able to speak with a cashier they say they open back up at 6 AM.

Worker from store charged .70cents for ice with me having a cup from a seven eleven earlier the day. I asked another worker if they were franchise or corporate. He said why, it doesn’t matter. Bad look for 7/11 brand. Dallas Tx 2075 Buckner Rd.
