I hate this place with a passion.
I fuel fleet vehicles daily here because my company uses this station. But nothing works right, buttons on pumps that do print dont work, so it's useless, and most pumps dont print paper. Get in line, and expect 2 minutes and side chatting. These people don't give a damn about customers.
I am searching for a new daily fill-up for the 109 vehicles we fill up every day here. Our trucks will find a new place to wash too, as the wash doesn't work right most of the time.
This place is a stain on the 7-11 brand, and is ripe for tiktoc or other social media exposure.

Went in on Sunday 1-23-25 bought a ozarka 23.7 fl oz and when we got to our destination the water bottle reeked of smoke (weed) and tasted funky like someone had it in their car or storage and hot boxed it multiple times and the smell penetrated the bottle My 5 year drank a sip and spit it out immediately then we tasted it and gross and yes all the seals were new no signs of it being open prior.

Disgusting! Just pumped gas here, and my hands smelt like gasoline. Went into the restroom to wash my hands, and the soap dispenser was just about empty. Also, hand sanitizer was out. The bathroom smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in several months.

I currently went to this 711 up the street from my best friends house and it’s currently cinco de mayo and we decided to meet up for some drinks just a good time and we ran out of wine so we decided to get some drinks at a 7-11 I’ve never been too a 7-11 where they don’t have any liquor me and my friends were extremely disappointed and not that happy with it. We asked the clerk and he was mean and had a really high pitched tone with us like he just wanted us out of the store so we left. It was a nice store just didn’t enjoy the experience

Closed at 11pm. Worker in the back sleeping. Thought yall were 24 hours? I'll go to Quiktrip from now on where they're ALWAYS open 24 hours and have way cleaner facilities. I have no idea why every 711 in Dallas, possibly the country, are so poorly run and operated.

Absolutely horrendous worker on night shift. No food available at all. This is not the first time I have had this experience with this person either and I live next door.

The employees here flat out suck. If it weren't the most convenient place to stop by where I live I would never come here, and sometimes even if I see a couple people in a line I will leave and go to the next spot, because they are SLOW. And it's obvious they DONT CARE. the woman I see here the most is the worst of them all. She will have a full line and be doing something else low priority and won't stop to help the forming long line until she is done. And she moves without any sense of urgency. I sincerely don't understand how she had a job.Edit: The quality of employee had MUCH improved. The same people mostly don't work there and they seem to actually care somewhat. Changing from 1 star
