Imagine a store proclaiming 24/7 service yet is closed every single night after midnight with no signs up indicating they are closed. Just two guys in the store sitting down doing nothing.

I go in all the time because my office is near by I walked up to get a Lyft gift card the lady was extremely rude and told me I needed to come back tomorrow at 2? Ummm why sell gift cards if you don't know how to ring them up?

Some of the kindest business owners I’ve ever encountered I drive a different route (that is actually slower to work) every morning to work to stop by the store and grab a coffee and a snack in the morning just because of the kindness and welcoming that the owners show their customers.

I often get the blonde cashier woman at night and she is so friendly with everyone. When I walked to the store with my dog, she put out some water for my dog while I shopped around. You’ll often hear here asking regulars about life which is so nice. Make you feel like she cares about how the community is doing. Would recommend this location just for her.

Love the store. Go here like every other day just to get a Celsius. Clerks are normally pretty nice and customer service is great.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the register was rude and when questioning a price about an item with clearly posted sign. She told me to go get it. I then grabbed it she takes it and says the sign is old there was no expiration date! She kept insisting I put my rewards number to check out and I told her I don't have one. I ended up leaving and not purchasing nothing! Never returning! It was 7am and maybe 5 people in the store and I was the only one being rushed at the register with no line.

When they tell you that the relationship between you and your gas station clerk matters believe them. I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years and I’ve always had a good experience. The morning clerks have my stuff ready on the counter when they see me coming in, and the afternoon clerks know what my son likes. My toddler has accidentally spilled a few drinks and they have always been so patient and kind with him. My son loves the vibe they give him. So I guess you can say he has made a few friends in there .

This is by far the best store I have been to in the Dallas area. I actually have several other stores closer to my home but I prefer to drive a little further just to go to this one. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and even have a great sense of humor. The store is always extremely clean and even when they are busy, you never have to wait long because they are fast as well. Do yourself a favor and go to this store!

I have been going to this 7 eleven for over 2 years in the morning. These are the nicest people and always give me a smile when I come into the store. Even though I have recently moved closer into Dallas, I always stop by when I can just to go in and say hello.
