Everything I go it's usually at night time is when I loved going because the little short girl who worked nights always greeted me with a smile she always had that store smelling and looking nice. Fresh food ready, she even learned exactly what I love to buy sometimes even ready in a bag for me. But now their is a new employee that don't know nothing. Why would this boys manager leave him ALONE by himself he couldn't even ring up some items that didn't scan. He's horrible he needs help where is the supervisor why isn't he their to properly train this guy. Than she has this sweet guy that's homeless basically telling the boy how to do things as if he worked their before. He'll they should put him to work instead of that kid at night. He sucks. He's slow not paying attention to half the people stealing in his face. I see that store going down hill fast. Sad I used to love that store.

It’s ridiculous not to honor the price of your products as labeled. I believe it’s goes against all consumer ethics. If the price says 4.99 where the product is and rings up something different than it’s not the consumer fault. Not only that to be harrassed by individuals before walking into this place and than to have the cashier rip you off. Don’t stop at this 7-11

Zero stars is gracious for this establishment, let alone one star. I arrive to get gas and use the atm- all of which are the reason for the low rating. This is the worst gas station I’ve gone to. I arrived to get gas and to take out some cash for later today. The atm is down and pumps that should be out of service are in service at this gas station.
Be aware of where you spend your dollars. This place is run on dishonesty to make money. If you know a pump has a leak, it should be covered to ensure the safety of all patrons and those surrounding your business. That was not the case here!
A plastic bag was tied around the hose, so the owner was aware that the hose was leaking making this pump damaged dangerous, and unusable. When going in to tell the owner, the reply was “Someone must have uncovered the PLASTIC BAG from the pump.” I was also met with “Why are you still pumping if you see the leak?” No accountability was taken by the owner.
There was no remorse for having gasoline spewing out all over the ground and wasted money. A refund was refused. There was no care. He just went and recovered the pump handle with another plastic bag.
Very poor service overall.
I am thankful for the truck driver that helped us during this ordeal to ask for a refund although it wasn’t granted.

5 gallons spilled on the ground from and uncovered gas pump, and I had to call the fire department and the 711 corporate HQ! The owner just told me that there is no refund for the 5 gallons and just covered the gas leak with a plastic bag. This is very dangerous and this sick man does not care that 711 can actually blow up!!

I have been a resident of this area 4 years and this is one of the few stations I have to get gas from. Why doesn’t the gas pumps ever have receipt paper in them it’s been way too long to have not gotten it fixed

Wish they would fire the overnight lady. Always have to wait several minutes before she'll check anyone out. I've witnessed several people just walk out without paying because they're tired of waiting. This is an every night occurrence. Please fire her

Most of the cashiers give very poorly customer service. There was homeless inside the store with their blankets. The employees must get well trained to make this store better because the inside looks and feels dirty. The manager should be more aware of what's going on inside and around the store to give better customer service to people. I hope they do better.

I went in around 4:30 on 8/16 to buy 3 coffee on and dealt with a cashier who was very sweet and pretty I wish I had time to say more….
