I ordered through Uber eats and they sent me a completely a wrong order and didn’t want to replace it or give my money back. Called multiple times my call was ignored.

I had 2 first problems and I thought that was it. The third one, the worker was playing with the phone and did not want to deliver the order. He told me to talk to someone else and the other one ignored me. He told me to leave the store and keep quiet when I told him that his job was attend not having the phone playing they are rude and incompetent one time they even took the pizza out of my hand saying it was sold I think they should change the staff there is a worker who is sometimes very friendly there are 2 who work together they are not very polite they shout if not I like the work, get rid of them, I need to talk to someone in charge and file my complaint, those people should not serve the public.

I wish I could give this store a zero stars but I can't. The are incompetent of running this store. The employee just 1 always messes up transaction. She can not do her job on the phone. This like the4 the time with her. She works the morning shift.

I don't know what they did with their other workers since they are not there this store has been going down machines are never working they're always out of chai tea in the lady in the front lies and tell you that things are working and they're not she don't even know what's in the store when you ask her she's very unconcerned about the customers this used to be my favorite spot but now I have stopped going because I had to go to Starbucks and get me some chai tea because I don't drink coffee.
