Was my favorite 711 to stop by on my way home, but now it seems like management does not care about the image nor quality of their hot foods. Wings are always dried out They look like chicken jerky if thats a thing. The pizza is also always dry and brown. There is always 2 to 3 roller items on the roller grill. Soda fountain machine has blobs of syrup oozing at the Dispensing nozzles and the slurpee machine is always "broken." The restroom has been "out of order" since the start of covid, They also have a sign reassuring you that the sign stating "out of service" is not lying. When making regular conversation, the clerks always respond, but once you start asking about time logs or how long has the dry food been out. They pretend they do not understand you.

7-11 has gone completely downhill since they started Franchising no restroom for the paying customers I WILL NEVER SHOP ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR STORES until you start holding these franchisees to the standards the CORPORATION had before FRANCHISING and I promise I will spread the word not just 1 customer lost I promiseSince when does 7-11 close at 11:00 pm

Does not offer the deals from the rewards program and was really rude about it because “it’s their choice since it’s not a corporate store”…. They have 7-eleven promo offers all over the windows and let you use your rewards points but literally was rude about letting me save 40 cents off a drink.

Store hasn't had a working restroom in 2 years. One of the dirtiest 7-11s I've been in, soda fountain hasn't been cleaned in a long while, globs of congealed soda are visible. Has not had coffee for over a year, only ever has 1 or 2 roller grill items at any one time, items in hot food holding look like dried out leather. Employee does not acknowledge customers ignores most questions and will not ring anyone up until he has finished whatever he is doing.
