I have been going to this 7/11 for a while now, and every single time this dude who I think is in charge of the store. He is very rude and judgemental. He would stare at you, check you from toes to shoulder, and won't answer any questions you have. The last time I went, he just slammed my wife's muffins on the counter for some reason. I'm Latino. The other people who work there are really cool. He's the skinny brownish dude with a mustache. I'm not surprised they have one of the worst reviews out of all 7 11's
I've never been rude to him, even though he kind of deserves a good cussing.

It's 3am and no one is here to work. The door is locked and I need my gas receipt since the pump out here is out of paper as usual. The parking lot is dirty and the store looks open with all the lights on just no one is here and door is locked. All 711's are open 24hrs...365... including holidays. The franchisee who runs this store is doing a horrible job and corporate needs to step in cause they are tarnishing your reputation as the leader in quick service gas stations. The customer service is horrendous and the bathrooms are always disgusting. It's such a good location just needs new management/staff that cares about the people who pay their paychecks ie customers!

What kind of a weirdo chooses to use a 711 bathroom? What kind of lunatic expects a 711 bathroom to be clean? What kind of looser complains online about a 711 bathroom? Dallas is such a gross trash filled dump.

P.S. 7-11's automated reply system here really makes them look like a bunch of clueless uncaring douchebags. You get the SAME COMPLAINTS about the same store for YEARS and do NOTHING about it...

Not reliable , it’s 525pm I needed my allergies medicine and they refused and had the door locked, they have the door locked and refuse to let people in random times unexpectedly

Rude!!!! The worst customer service ever. I’m here today. March 21st at 1:40 PM and I asked the guy where the garbage was and he got super rude with me and was a total jerk and thought he would embarrass me in front of all the customers excellent customer service… If he had a garbage can outside I would’ve put it in there, no need to spend any money here gas stations all over the city

Cancels online orders when there's promos. This place would get 0 stars if possible. Corporate needs to be aware of the horrible management and the lies they make to cancel orders. The phone number provided is disconnected, too. What a surprise...
