Johnny was GREAT Tonight!!! It was My First Time Visiting this Location, let alone This Area, in YEARS. I had to use My Mobile Wallet to Pay for My Gas, so I had to go inside. Johnny made Me Feel Safe & Welcome. His Smile, His Presence, & His Professionalism was BEYOND AMAZING!!! I'll DEFINITELY Be back to This Store & Its ALL Because of YOU, Johnny!!! THANK YOU, JOHNNY!!!

This is the nastiest 7-11 I’ve ever been in. There’s loose wiring in the refrigerator that you can’t help but brush your hand on, the paint is peeling off of everything, and the place smells like urine. The gas station across the street is a million times better.

I was at this 7-11 on 2nd Oct around 9:00 pm . An Indian guy was working there at that time . I was there to get a pack of cigarettes. He asked me some stupid questions like where I’m from and what I’m doing here, which was totally unnecessary and disrespectful also I don’t like to have conversations with strangers. At the same time he is rude and unprofessional. That man should be fired asap ! I will never return to this store again !! Horrible service !

I want my money.... the fact that he said " you better be glad I'm giving you $3" is straight asinine. First he started off he wouldn't give me what I asked for, started talking crazy and then messed up the register and couldn't open it. If he stop trying to tlbylly people he would be messing up on his job... I hate this store. And this man should be fired. Stealing money from customers is crazy.

I stop to Hera Chi yea and they didn't have any, so I just got hot water cup and I was charged like I had a tea they should have prices for hot water cup.

I just went inside to pay for my gas and the employee behind the counter was literally rambling to me and I couldn't understand what he was saying and neither could anyone else in line but he was clearly frustrated about something. Not sure why I was the lucky person to get his rant. Inappropriate and unprofessional

Every time I visit this location the store is dirty and stinks. The floor is always dirty and sticky. The restroom never works. Today there were flies everywhere. It’s makes it unpleasant to stop by and shop. The only positive thing is this location stays open later than the rest of the 7 eleven locations in this area and it have gas. Get it together asap.

Came in on Sunday at 840am. Girl working is incredibly rude. She's just on her phone the whole time. I asked if I could use the restroom and she said it wasn't working. Then I asked if the sink didn't work cause I just needed to wash my hands. She got off the phone and yelled that there was a sink behind the coffee. So I told her I didnt know where it was that's why I was asking. Then she proceeded to cus me out saying some vile stuff. She's incredibly short tempered. She should find somewhere else to work honestly.

I went And and look around for 3 minutes No one behind the counter so I decided to go to the bathroom she was in They're using it So I was patient for her to come out so I could use it She comes out real rude and slips a cage in front of the of the door yelling it's not working ? I'm never coming back ill spend my money down the street

The worst "Customer Service" ever! God for bid you should walk in there and your card is declined. The next time you walk in the gal behind the counter is going to announce it to the whole motherfucking store! BYTT should be fired on the spot! But no... When I called she was defended 100% for costing her store $50 every two weeks over five dollars one time. Stupid m*********** that's why she works there.

The man who works the night shift plays his music very loud, sits in a chair, never responds if you say "thank you" or "how are you?" Frankly after coming here occasionally for months, I always dread having to pick up a necessity because I'll have to interact with this rude old lazy man.
